Good Evening,   As shown below, there is an alternate entrance to enter pd, and the base is not propblocked. I showed you the primary entrance, that allows access to the vault via the middle cell door. I omitted the sewer entrance as that is commonly propblocked, but in this case is not, and would be the primary access to the vault. You need to put some serious thought into how you apply for staff, primarily the fact you have not played more than 3 hours in the last year, and not more than 11 hours in the last 2 years. This is a very clear example of your lack of community support, as frankly no one knows who you are. I would put in another 60 hours minimum before applying again if I was in your position.
