Nearly 5 years ago, I joined the Garnet Gaming DarkRP server, primarily because it was one of the few servers my computer could handle at the time. I'd play on the server every now and then, either just wandering around or goofing off. As of last year, I gradually found myself playing more, and over time, I became attached to the community. The beginning of this year, in particular, sparked my desire to become a staff member, engaging with the community, helping new players, and understanding all the aspects of the server. I believe I have a trait that is important for all staff members to have, good communication. Good communication is integral when taking sits, as it involves informing players of why they're being reported, how it will be addressed, and what actions will be taken. Another important trait that I have is efficiency, taking a sit that has been made recently to ensure it's being dealt with quickly. There have been multiple instances where I don't see sits being taken for a long time, despite there being staff online. Maturity is another important trait that I have, as it enables me to approach sits with a level headed perspective, exclude any forms of bias, and handle sits calmly and responsibly. I'm able to build goodwill among other staff members, ensuring that any decisions are collectively agreed upon while working together. Now I completely understand that these bans are raising up red flags, however these bans are nearly 4 years old. I believe it has been a huge amount of time by then to know the rules and learn from prior mistakes. I have made sure to avoid getting into trouble, and have kept a clean record since then. I've thought of the idea of a mythbusters series on DarkRP recently, idk how it'd work but I wanted to see what some of you guys think.

-1 You only have 1 paragraph which needs to be beefed up, you posted your steam profile instead of steam ID, you didn't read the staff rules either, 200 hours and I've never seen you in-game so I can't really form an opinion on any interactions. +1 Nerve gas feels so worthless, not being damaged by your own nerve gas would actually make it useable.

-1 There's so many ways this can be abused and even if it can be prevented, people will still find a way to abuse it somehow.

-1 The pirates would be cool if they add the sailor class. British vs Americans is a fat no, along with the weapons. Doesn't feel vanilla at all.

Neutral Although your paragraphs aren't strong, I'd assume that English isn't your strongest language so I'll excuse that. For your bans, 2 Mass NLR bans from 4 years ago which don't really matter much and a perma ban for failbase (it was supposed to be a reconnect so it's fine). Playtime is decent. My only issue is I have never seen you in-game before probably due to timezones. Aside from that I think you're solid. Good Luck!!

I like this idea somewhat, but how would it apply to someone who for example has had bans dating back over +5 years ago? Would they be punished increasingly regardless of the length time of other bans or is there a set time frame in which certain bans are validated to increase the punishment? If there's a good answer for this then I think it'd help prevent people from leaving during a raid.
