(include any proof): I was playing as R2-D2 and got dragged to the ENG bay for talking. I got cuffed to the wall and was told I was going to be probed and taken apart. This was obviously very confusing and wild at the time. I said in OOC that I needed help and was being raped, which seemed like an accurate cry for help. My chat & voice got muted because I was trying to explain in chat what was going on. Then I heard a higher up say it was an RP reason, because I was a "talking droid". I had zero chance to acknowledge this because I got slapped with a 50-year ban. I wasn't brought to a sit and made aware of what was going on or anything. I wasn't previously jailed, brought to a sit, or anything throughout my whole session, so this was kind of out of the blue. Why should your ban be removed?: I wasn't made aware of what was going on, and it seemed like I was being harassed instead of an RP situation. I was made aware of how a droid couldn't talk, but I was attempting to explain something to someone when I was dragged. I wasn't brought to a sit and helped on what was going on either. I can understand a ban for what I said in OOC, but 50 years seems a bit extreme.

I've never seen you on the server (due to timezone probably) but this is an overall good app, and we're in dire need of good staff in my opinion. I'm just glad you read the staff rules +1

Huge +1 This is something that is annoying to all people who raid frequently in the server.

+1 For the initial part -1 For the part where we gotta look at rules in jail. I'd much rather cuss out the guy who reported me who's dancing outside my jail cell.

I think it isn't used as much because most players aren't aware of the system. I think more players would be prone to use it if they are made aware, and CPs would make players more aware of the mechanic. Eitherway +1

(include any proof): I was jailed 3 times throughout my first two days of playing the server. My first jail was justified as I was shooting another brother, and I understand I shouldn't of done that, since it was the golden rule. My second jail was justified as well, but I didn't realize what I was doing was wrong. My friend and I had been arguing over who had the best shot, and was killing the most droids. So we decided to have a 1v1, away from everyone so we wouldn't accidently kill anyone. We were then jailed and told that there was a certain place for people to 1v1, which we didn't know at all since it was our first day. I believe my third jail was unjustified. I was in a clone trooper bunk by myself (my designated bunk) and I was shooting my three different weapons at the wall, to see which was which. This was my second time playing, so I wasn't 100% sure which gun was which. There was no one around, and I was firing into a wall, so I wouldn't accidently damage anyone. Why should your ban be removed?: I understand being jailed the first two times, but I don't believe my third ban was justified, which led to my NITRP ban. It was my second time playing so I wasn't aware of the rules, such as doing a consented 1v1, or testing out weapons away from others. I truly enjoyed the server and I hope I can be unbanned because I feel like it was just a misunderstanding on my part, and I dont think I should of been jailed for the testing out my weapons.

At the timestamp of 1:00, you can see a yellow name that says Tdizz type in the words, “assist”. I’m not sure if that means you adverted assist, but someone with the name Tdizz typed assist. I’m stumped if that is you or not, hopefully you can help me out with that.
