I'm pretty sure this already exists on a couple jobs, so +1 -
+1 There's too many times where someone will hop on to hope and get fisherman for it to be held by 2 actives and 2 AFKs along with AFK staff members to the real only way to get someone reconnected is by pinging in the discord. It would be nice to see players getting switched back to civ if they aren't actively using the job -
+1 would be a nice quality of life update imo the screen can get very cluttered

+1 Absolutely agree, this should definitely be added i've seen it happen so many times -
+1 Rarely can I think of a time where a job size was reduced and I thought "Hmm! Good Idea!' Fisherman (and Franklin and Trevor) need to be increased. Cyber Thief should also have the same amount as normal Thief
