Overall: -1 You meet the criteria, but with a past cheating ban (with blatant proof) and after coming back to the server, reapplying in fewer than 5 days, I cannot support your application. Unfortunately with your past you will have to prove yourself once again, I understand the ban was 6 years ago, but you have zero history with the server since then. Additionally, you were fired from the staff team after receiving a that ban, which is less than ideal. Take a few weeks/months to get a better community reputation and then reapply. -
