-1, as cool as that sounds I know from personal experiences how exploitable that can be, for instance using the climb-swep 2 and the ability to sit on props you can essentially use a very specific comic prop to fly around the map as well as phase through any base. Also other issues like using the phys-gun to get a clan member (or really any player) inside a base without having to raid at all. Props are able to intersect each other without any collision logic while being manipulated by the phys-gun, that same lack of game logic will be applied to the sitting player as well which would open the doors for a whole new method of Fail RP. I know both of these would become big problems because people did it all the time on my old server, especially people just looking to troll.

+1 I think it encourages people to look forward to buying VIP + there have been a lot of times where newer players have wanted to save something, but the second they realize they can't they just don't build anymore, unless if it's something small scaled, I think having the ability to save their builds might encouage newer and older players without VIP to actually do things around the map again. 

-1 I really wish that we could have this, but I could imagine that a lot of weird shit might happen, like clipping through bases or getting stuck in weird places. I would love to have an actual chair that I could sit on but at the same time, a lot of issues might pop up because of it. 

I can't find it right now, but I'm pretty sure this has been denied before since the idea it's just gonna be abused and can't be prevented it seems  -1
