Not needed but not bad to add Not needed but ok to add Just restated the rule in a different way with the same meaning along with an example. I would say keep the rule as it is and maybe leave the example. Most people can accept this rule as it is and apply that understanding to any rules they try to bait players into breaking. There are other forms of NLR so I think adding that info would confuse players especially in regards to raids. They would have to go searching in the other parts of the rules to find that specific NLR rule. This specific part is defining what NLR is not defining every scenario because there are different timers for NLR This is fine This can be considered prop block without this addition. Common sense Agree Staff can manage this issue depending on the situation. Most people don't even bother changing their names multiple times like this unless its someone trying to hide mass rdming. You already have this rule defined in a different line. So either keep that there or remove the rule and keep it under the line where it talks about minging props. We have posts that define expanded KOS lines in certain areas or buildings. People can put a KOS line as long as it doesn't extend further than what KOS allows in that building/area. agree 100% keep this agree tbh I don't understand the context of this rule lmao I'm assuming you're adding this because some players will buy the exterior doors but the interior doors are bought by someone else. When staff handle this its who ever bought the doors first on the base whether its interior or exterior. If the original person buying the doors intends to base there then the second person that bought the doors needs to go somewhere else. No need to make this a part of the rules. This is already added when you added it to the roleplay rules so either keep it there or remove ur "new" rule lmao I agree this should be under raiding rules but keep the original rule for raiding in groups of 5 in the party rules. This is something that can be missed when people read the rules. common sense, not needed Common sense also ❤️ Clowns are only creating their own entertainment son wym lmao sure they are hitman not raiding classes. This rule stays 100% keep lmao You say they can't RDM but they can murder? on some dumb shit with this one, sorry. LMAO. Zombies are supposed to hit you and kill you because that job is only available during the night.... If a clan is minging a player by att rdming them and they get dmg'd by the player just so the clan member can attack/kill the player. Staff can identify potential targeting with this but its a dumb rule to have cuz we have this thing called /report for breaking rules and if both clan members shoot the player without being dmg'd or incorrectly during an rp scenario staff can handle it. Let's put a hold on this and talk with @Zaida because she would have better insight to specific rules for events in the later future. Right now there are no set rules because GMs are expected to inform the players before starting a game what they will receive if they break certain rules. In my eyes a lot of rules that may seem like they need more descriptions are viewed as common sense for majority of the community. In the eyes of new players though it might be that some of these rules may need these adjustments/changes. These are my thoughts alone on the current changes you want to implement but I say leave it to the community to decide on how strongly certain rules may need that change -
Small comments on this suggestion. I definitely agree that some of the rules need to be overhauled/revamped, but a lot of this is just doing too much. I think that any "You may not own a weapon larger than a pistol" rule should be removed. It's BY FAR one of the least enforced rules on the server, and I don't think people should be getting warned or jailed for FailRP if they don't commit any other rule breaking except for "MOOOODDDDDDDDDDS When he shot me after I tried to RDM him he used a SHOTGUNNNNNE!!!1! please BAN this chuddite" Completely redundant since it almost never comes into play, and when it does they're either blatantly RDMING (which is already breaking a separate rule) or it's by complete accident (like a perma weapon that's not easily able to not be "owned".) I think that instead of a "10 minute building sign" limit for a Mayor, the Mayor should not be allowed to do any laws or taxes until the PD is raidable (no building sign.) This would, in theory, prevent someone from saying "oh I'm building" while they're running full FascLaws and have the taxes at 200%. Good idea in concept, but I think there's just better ways to enforce it.

-1 I was apart of this convo when you were talking about it the other day. The majority of what you want can be considered common sense, as Frankie and I pointed out to you many times, so I don't see a huge point for me to go line by line like others have (not that what they did was unneeded, but I digress)

-1 There is so many things wrong with this as in some rules do imply the things you are saying, and plus the first rule of the server is "USE COMMON SENSE". Why move this when there is already a rule about this its should just be removed. You are a hobo, and name hobos that own ar15s and bigger weapons amongst that you're a poor person what poor person can afford anything bigger than a pistol. Well you can't own the sidewalk and if you don't want players on said spot I feel like this is a way of keeping your base either safe or just cleaner in a sense. The only jobs that are allowed to do this are gang members which some what ruins the gangs because gangs have their territory's and it doesn't allow them to be a gang member. What if the customer is not trying to buy anything and is just being a minge in your store I feel like you can deny anyone if they aren't trying to buy from you. Meth and Crack is an illegal activity so I feel like they may base with those classes but the arms dealers I feel like is fair. I feel as this is valid because most people rob the bank with out being a bank robber and me personally I have never seen anyone on this class. I feel like this is somewhat fair but the only person ever on this class is FreakyFrankie so I feel like this is targeted because he freezes everyone but mainly for shits and giggles. I like this one because I feel like the speed traps are more mingey than anything they serve no purpose but only to basically kill players and brings no fun to other players. You don't even follow this rule because you were a cinema owner and made another base outside of cinema claiming to be "unraidable" and offering people 2 mil and not paying up the money and plus you aren't It even allowed to raid cinema. I like this one it gives correspondence to use the zombie class. I feel as this is also feelings base since it has happened to you quite often but I mean if you should at least have it to wear you have to advert steal to be able to do this. Why remove that section I mean the only way this would be appropriate would if you had to party with like clown or chef. This in itself I feel like could be fail rp because say you had constant bounties and or hits and you just put up a building sign to just make it stop it would be pretty unfair to those classes and somewhat make them not fun. I'm not trying to be rude in anyway about these rules I just feel like some of these are more feelings based and you don't want them done to you, but some of your rules changes and or addons I do like as it changes some of the minginess and fail rpers to be less able to do that (that does not sound right I know), but I feel like if you spent more time thinking more about how this would effect the community I feel like it could go a long way and actually have some potential, but all in all at least you had the balls to attempt some rule changes.
