My problems with the event rules, is that they're redundant within itself. GM's already do these checks and give these specifications before an event is held, adding these rules will just be useless because no matter what before an event so everyone can understand it GM's explain the rules. "cut down on loopholes or people being goobers during events" you cannot loophole an event, the only way that can happen is if the GM themselves don't know how to control or punish players for the event.  Looking deeper into this, I actually cannot find the 10 minute building stipulation on the mayor, unless you can find this then that is false and is not included in the rules. I don't agree with limiting the build time of a mayor but of course there has to be some middle ground for it, so they cannot hog the role for hours ad build, excluding others from the class/rp.   With us reciting the fact that its common sense, it is not because it's assumption. But are things that while not specifically highlighted and explained under the rules, are things that with a little bit of thought would just be a basic rule break or non needed expansion of, with some of the examples being "Example: OOC, Advert, Job, Voice, etc. (Unless stated otherwise within a jobs rules)" this isn't needed because if your job states you're allowed to do it, then well you can do it. Another one is "Do not use macros, bots, or any program that assists in or plays the game for you. - These include: Hacks, scripts, exploits, macros, Bots, and any other third party programs. (Excluding clipping software)" you do not need to go into detail on this since it is literally as i said common sense, and with my response. "the usage of program is a blanket term for the usage of hacks, or a lua injector to use scripts, exploits is mentioned in the rule above, and everything else is mentioned is the undermentioned rule." This is just some of the examples i can provide, but while yes, a lot of the responses to your rule changes is "this is common sense" it might be because a lot of your rules suggestions are in-fact common sense.

glad football is back but the coach my team hired 4 years ago destroyed our entire program from ground up and we refuse to fire him. We had a 22 year bowl game streak before losing it in 2022 😭
