[minimum 2 paragraphs] The reason I should be picked for staff is due to past experience, reputation, dedication, and community involvement. For example, I was a staff member for a short period of time, my staffing journey ended due to school. Now that summer is here, I have more time and effort to devote towards staffing, school won’t be a problem either as I am more organized and will be more committed towards my role because of my past knowledge. Ever since I resigned as staff I've regretted not taking an LOA, I missed having the opportunity to be able to staff. I want to take this chance and improve on what I did last time. Through hours and hours on the server, and lots of dedication between solving reports and stopping rule breakers, I have grown knowledge through my peers and my own experience on how to handle certain situations even with lack of privileges (ex. Not having ban perms). These past experiences along with new experiences will guarantee my success as a staff member. If so, Include details: In my previous application I stated that I had an FDA warning, potential propblock warning (When I was new) and a chat mute. I didn't understand Fading Door Abuse at the time and it was a rule I glossed over by accident on my first time reading the rules. The propblock warning was when I first joined the server and wanted to make a base, yet didn't read the rules, being oblivious. My only modern warning I have gotten between then and now is a warning from Garnet saying “pee pee poo poo wanted a bind” as a joke because I wanted a bind of him saying something funny. I mean aren't hitmen and assassins able to raid for a hit? If he is a prestige class he should be able to be more advanced than the hitman and the assassin, those tools will make it easier to raid for a hit then making it actually worth prestiging for the class.

Yes, I know this isn't the first time a post like this from me has been made. I'm sorry, I just haven't been feeling it as being a staff member. Staffing use to have this fun aspect that I don't feel anymore. I might re-apply in the future and come back better than ever! I've been getting interested in other games and losing interest in Garry's Mod drastically making me lazy to do my staffing duties. Thank you to everyone who has made my staffing experience so much better. Hope to see you all again as a staff member.

-1 Weak paragraphs A lot of warns Not sure if I've seen you in game Like Justice said you do have potential, if those paragraphs change I'll consider changing it to a +1. I'd honestly say try waiting for the warns to go away and try reapplying.

After the past days of staffing I don't think I'm fit for staffing. It's too much anxiety and stress for me to handle, I never know how each sit will work. Especially when no higher staff are on. Now with school starting soon I'm gonna have less time to do anything on the server. I already don't have much time with me losing a lot of interest in Garry's Mod as a game in it self. Everything is going too fast and I'm slowly getting burnt out because of it and because of my decision to become staff and going fast. If I were to apply for staff again I would wait till I have more time and start taking things at a slower pace. Thank you to everyone who has supported me through my adventure of becoming staff I really appreciate you all. I still will be on the server from time to time, I just need a long break. And muted once just for saying “derka” in local chat a lot. Which I understand could get annoying but I got unmuted after. I think I was near a sit while doing it. I'm sorry if there are extras that I've missed but those were most likely when I first started to play. I'm also sorry for the people I’ve broken the rules against, forgive me.
