(include any proof): Well a few hours ago I had unlocked SGT, so i wanted to take a few PVTs out for an adventure or scouting session, i was reported for minging for trying to get a group together. Then it all went downhill from there. I talked to the admin and he said i had done nothing wrong and it wasnt minge. An hour later after i had finished training for the Green Berree, i was kicked for people saying i was minging. which at this point i was being very careful, making sure i wasnt accidentally minging. I still never got an explanation or proof of this so called "minge". An hour after that, i was AFK and i just came back and trained some one. At the very end my game crashed and i came back and he was already whitelisted and this is when Naitsir walked up to me and told me i was being blacklisted for higher ups / people reporting saying i was "minging" when i was AFK that whole time. Why should your ban be removed?: So basically i was not shown any proof of this minging nor told there was any proof. They basically said everyone said i was minging so i am being Blacklisted. Which i'd think isn't a valid reason to blacklist some one. I wasn't even playing when multiple minge reports were coming in and it was always timmy and benny. Which i think people would just add me to what ever benny was up to and i'd get punished aswell even tho having nothing to do with it. Thank you

(include any proof): I was unintentionally "NLR'ing" while waiting across the street of my base not interrupting in any way shape or form. I had unintentionally NLR twice before causing this to be mass, due to returning home a few seconds before 3 minutes were up and yet again on accident but full NLR being dumb and just walking in not thinking about it. I realize I had NLR'd the second time but not the first, so either way I stayed clear and as i've heard from other admin, patiently waited across the street for the raid to be over. Why should your ban be removed?: So the first reason I think my ban should be removed is because it was completely unintentional, The debate during the sit on the roof was wether this should had been NLR x2 or MNLR, which result in two very different outcomes. There is video proof ( @boalp and @fistedwalffes ) of me across the street yet it still counted as NLR when i've dealt with other admin and they told me when i was new to the game to just wait across the street until raiders are done. NLR x2 would have resulted in a warn and jail time. I play this server a lot and was actually aiming to become staff, I had 0 warns until yesterday and i'm very familiar with this server. My friend and I have recently angered some people on garnet for reasons I do not know and both of us have been targeted by many to try and get us banned. That being said i'm honestly not sure if staff are involved in this bias opinion too, which is why I have taken this to the forums for more opinions from higher ups. Please let me know ! thank you.

Lancey is very correct, this appeal is a great example as I my self have had multiple sits that could been handled better by JdPitts, I sent him a screen shot off where I died proving I was RDM outside a guys base and he did nothing with this SOLID proof and just resolved the sit with out any punishment or verbal. Guy has no idea what he doing

Jdpitts37 first day was yesterday, he has no experience and didnt have the skills to realize this dude benny was being targeted by a few people he had previously had a few run ins with, this being said i also agree benny should be unbanned and jdpitts should be re trained, not demoted. from a future staff member - ImPotatoJohn
