Yes I did get another warning yesterday, Yes I messed up, but I am doing a bit less fucking around now.

Good evening, The fact you had to use chat gpt on your ban appeal is crazy. Also, you did in fact say a certain slur that started with N, and another that started with F. You said these slurs in front of a group of 7 people at spawn, and were promptly banned because of it.

From the recent doxing situation, to the RDM history, to the bans (2 since February) and your overall demeanor, I think that you have a lot of work to do in order to reach a point where you would be a functioning staff member. I understand that you want to help, and I don't fault you for applying, but the recent history and past history paints a picture of your character, and that picture is not good. I would recommend you increase your knowledge of the server rules, and try to go 1 to 2 months without getting warned. No one is perfect, but if you aim high, you will always be working towards that target and will get warned/jailed less and less. Start there, make some friends, and at the end of the day, have fun.

Good afternoon, I processed a ban on behalf of Shleemy, as he was the mod who took the sit. I did also offer my opinion, and based off a video I was provided, which showed no posted max bet, and did not show you stating a max bet, I recommended a ban for NITRP, in line with previous advice I received for situations involving scamming. With no posted max bet, and being unable to pay the amount won, it was my opinion that you had scammed Pluh. Please refer to Shleemy for the reasoning behind the ban, I simply processed it as he cannot ban as a VMod.

Good evening. I took a report from Xfish for "question for Jesus" and was informed that Xfish had crashed, and while he was reconnecting, a player had attempted to purchase his base. I returned Xfish and teleported to him, found the door in question, and brought you to the sit. I asked you if you could sell the door, you provided a video clip, which I watched, that showed soja purchasing half the door before you, and you purchasing the other half. While it is correct that Soja was not in a party, the baseowner had crashed, and he was the player who bought the door. At the time, Soja had props and printers inside the base, you did not, and the decision was made that Soja was the rightful owner of the base, due to him owning the doors longer than you, and having printers/props inside. You refused to sell the door, therefore your door ownership was removed, and you were warned for FailRP as you had no claim to the base. I cannot comment on the RDM, as I did not handle that portion of the sit.

This player was previously banned by Buster for NITRP after I took sits from 2 different players who also got scammed. The situation you outline happened after this NITRP ban.

You have multiple bans on record for other offenses, as well as 297 hours on the game, and should have knowledge of the server rules.

Overall, I think with a bit more time put into the server, a bit more effort put into your application, you would do well. Your previous warn was 2 days ago, which is quite recent, and while not a massive violation, does lead to an impression being formed. In addition, your ban for Mass Prop Block from carrot also does not look good. I was initially going to go neutral on this, but after running your paragraphs through 3 AI detectors, they indicated a high likelihood of the text being generated. I cannot speak to the validity of that, but its not exactly a good look. Overall, the combination of past offenses, possible use of AI, and a lower effort application has lead me towards the -1. I am open to reevaluating if you happen to change up your application, but until that happens, my vote will not change.

The only issue I see with this is this is not core darkrp functionality, and would most likely need to be custom coded. I think it would be a lot easier to just add the custom classes to the custom class menu, and have an automated removal from the cc menu after 3 months of inactivity. Most other servers handle their CCs like this, and there are existing plugins to handle the auto removal.
