Well some good ways to get your staff application accepted is to follow the format, right it grammatically correct and in general cohesive to the reader. It is also very important to be friendly in-game and on TS, it is important to have TS, and it is important to help other players in-game. If you show these qualities, I'm sure your app will do great. On the front of your perma ban on another server, and long as you have proven your dedication to this server and show that you won't do the same here, then it is most likely fine. Everyone minges or has minged on another server before, so it's understandable. Good luck if you ever do choose to apply, and I would like to meet you in-game sometime.

As you were about to be banned, you disconnected on purpose to glitch the ban and you came back when you should have been banned earlier. Then you propclimbed into my base and destroyed my printers, and when I froze you, you left the server. When Vernon banned you for NITRP, it updated your ban, so I realized you were the person I banned earlier. Since you were ban evading and were on the server when you should've been banned, I updated the ban as ban evasion. Below is my proof posted in chronological order. The initial incident in which you RDAed then RDMed the mayor, and then left the server while I jailed you. Me banning you for NITRP after you left the server during your jail. You coming back when you were supposed to be banned (with a friend) and propclimbing in and breaking my printers. You disconnecting after you were frozen. The ban being updated when Vernon did it. I hope this is enough proof. I literally have a 16 hour recording and it took a while to sift through it. I'm not 100% sure if this is considered ban evading, but he was on the server after I had already banned him, so that seems to be the case. If any more proof is needed, or if I'm missing something, I'll make sure to post it.

-1 It sucks that your computer ran out of battery, but since you didn't have any proof of that, Grace wasn't wrong here. It's FailRP to build in that area unless you are a hobo, and you obviously weren't. You shouldn't have even built that in the first place if you weren't a hobo. Maybe if you can provide proof of your computer running out of battery (which I imagine would be quite hard) then I think your warn should be removed. Otherwise, there's no reason Grace should be punished.

Yeah that rule applies there. You can't have a base where the raider can be shot but the person being raided can either not be seen or not be shot. Footbases fall into this category.

+1 Great app, cool in-game, great community feedback, and listens to feedback very well. The one thing I have a bit of a problem with is that I do see you minge a lot in-game, but you have recently turned down the minging and I hope you keep doing so. Add me to whatever exists as referrals now.

+1 I do agree, except I think it should be different for copying your own app. Some people's applications get denied, and they don't realize they can't copy their previous application, so I don't think that should result in a blacklist.

Not that long ago, I decided to get Photoshop. Using it is a blast, and so far my favorite things to do are to combine different animals. ATM, I wanna test my skills, but I don't have any ideas. If anyone has anything they want me to make for them, if they want to see if I can make anything in general, or if they want to post something they've made in Photoshop themselves, then feel free. But like do you have a video of the whole thing? If you have a video of you walking in, seeing the printer, warranting, raiding, then randomly being frozen that would be more than enough evidence. The way you have scattered screenshots makes it seem like you're trying to hide something. If you don't have a recording of that part that's fine.

Both you and Tenalic have a misunderstanding of how sits work. Sits do not only occur when the /report command is done, and are technically in place whenever a staff member takes you out of RP and has a discussion about rules. Just because no report was submitted doesn't mean you can't warn. The only time you couldn't initiate a sit without a report is if it involves you, but in this situation it obviously didn't. Tenalic (seems to be) in the wrong for instantly freezing you, but compared to how you are and were acting in this report and in the video, I wouldn't be surprised if he froze you. Staff members are allowed to intervene in suspicious warrants, and are even encouraged to as many people love to abuse warrants. The only thing I see wrong in this situation is of how he intervened (and your video doesn't show the freezing occur, if you do have a video of that, please post it). I'm not going to make a decision yet because you obviously did have proof that you could see a printer, and I'm not sure if Tenalic asked for any proof or anything of the sort before he did freeze you. Please try to be a bit more calm in sits, refrain from typing everything in caps, and maybe you'll be taken a little more seriously.

+1 Both of these are good suggestions, and I believe more extensive DJ rules should be added alongside what you've suggested (more specifically on the allowance/disallowance of printers for DJs).
