You did, and do not know the details of what was going on. It was clearly messing around. You did not let me speak, and I didn’t hear homeless speak either when I apologized and asked. You showed disrespect by going afk as soon as the sit started, only answered me when I asked if I was getting banned. As I mentioned twice, I do not record my gameplay. The only proof I can offer is the multiple complaints about you in the garnet gaming discord. I find it funny how I even explained to you in game thay I don’t record my gameplay, but you ask for proof. Unfortunately it seems from now on I will have to record to protect myself from harassment from staff.

This was a situation you should have let at least one of us explain. Instead, you decided to be disrespectful and banned me for 2 days. You also didn’t ask for evidence on either side. You took it completely out of context and it seems you also just used it as an opportunity to finally have a reason to ban me. EDIT: Also thank you for showing the logs , as you can clearly see me get rdmed multiple times before hand, even by staff.

I walked into his base and he killed me. After this, I came by and said bro I think I tped to spawn can you let me back in the base as I was passing by. He told me to come in, and he would kill me. We did this about 3 times and we laughed it off, and I went back to my business assuming it was a joke. I was then put into a sit with SniperJohn, who was unresponsive to me. He then comes back from being afk and notifies me that I had been reported for mass nlr. I tried to explain what happened and what was going on, but instead he just told me he was going to ban me for 2 days. I even apologized and I wanted to hear from the person I was messing with, but he did not give me nor the other a chance to speak and was banned.Why should your ban be removed?: I believe my banned should be removed because It was completely taken out of context, and also SniperJohn has been harassing and in general bothering me during my time on the server. Yes, I do have a strong personality and troll in the server often, but this was done out of hatred not out of justification. SniperJohn has rdmed me multiple times, mugs me whenever possible and instantly kills me all the time, we have shared some not nice comments occasionally. I assumed it would be passed off, but instead he decided to just ban me tonight. This ban was very unjustified, but unfortunately I could see it coming from a mile away as he also banned my friend for a couple thousand years. When I asked him about it, he said well he probably deserved it and laughed it off. This is not the first time I have been targeted, I was warned 3-4 times back to back after being RDMed by a fubar member. When I called for the sit, another fubar member that was staff took the sit, joked off my complaint of the rdm, and instead gave me 4 warnings because I was frustrated. EDIT: I do not have any video evidence, I never claimed to have any. I do not use shadowplay or anything becuase I believe it slows my computer down, I talk about other things just for context.
