Hey and thanks for coming to the forums,
Abdul was game banned, and can not be reversed by us,
This is also the second time he has been gamed banned, and is also ban evading from a separate account.
Your team also got a vast amount of reports this should have hinted to you that something was up.
You don't get game banned on two accounts unless you're using cheats.

You have been banned for cheater association, one of your clan mates was observed using cheats,after a few reports he was spectated and found to be looking at players across the map, with unnatural mouse movements that would always point to a target,
He was also seen using cheats to hit targets that were no where near his crosshairs.

Ban appeal

Hey thanks for coming to make an appeal,
As was being discussed in your ticket, I was observing you and your friend, when in his perspective I could immediately see him looking directly at everyone in his sight through the hillside,in the clip you can see this, as his aim moves from one person to the next, the red line you see is confusing in this point of view because it stops with terrain collision. However I added a crosshair so that you may better see what I am saying.

As you can see he had his crosshairs on a person almost at all times. Even going back and forth between them. Because you are not familiar with what you are seeing, you might be confused, but I assure you that he is aiming the sights directly at them every single time. This was not a one time thing, it was constant.

You were banned for using ESPI personally followed you around and saw you dig up two of my own stashes.
As gunner provided the evidence I collected in the above post, it's clear you are using exploits.

I was observing you and your clan mates first hand, and while I did so I personally saw Nofacetoxic using cheats to climb walls into compounds,
as well as him being caught with other evidence, that proves he was using multiple cheats.
I find it hard to believe that you and your other clan mate both posted appeals but not the flagrant cheater himself.
The fact that you all changed your names to match "Noface" also does not bode well for any excuses of "not knowing" he was cheating.
Regardless of that possibility as stated in the Rust Server Rules, not being aware is not enough to pass an appeal.

I initially muted you and your clan mate for your racist clan tag.
I then took a look at your chat logs and decided that your racist behavior in game was way over the top,
almost everything you put in chat was racist.
That's not an exaggeration.
I feel it's best not to have someone that displays this kind of behavior on our servers.

The reason you were banned was because I observed you cooperating with another person not in your team while you were engaging in pvp.
This is against the rules as stated hereQuote- Over teaming is not allowed. (includes roaming, raiding, basing. Also includes aiding raids or counter raiders. Offline members count as online members.
Here you can see this occur,
if you notice at the 20 second mark another player approaches and you kill them on sight,
and continue to cooperate with the player that was assisting you.
It's my belief that the ban is valid and should remain.

You've come a long way and saying you deserve it is an understatement.
It's good to see someone be as active as you are on the staff team.I feel it's important to tell you that as an admin you'll feel a greater sense of obligation when it comes to helping spectate or trying to clip cheaters in time. With someone as eager to help as you are, this can take a toll on you. Try not to get frustrated if some things go unresolved. I know you want to help and that's wonderful, but I do worry that you might get discouraged. You'll wish you could be two places at once, don't stretch yourself too thin. Do what you can, because what you can do is exceptional.
Since you have some experience with admin privileges already I have no doubt that you can handle yourself just fine.

Thanks for coming to the forums for an appeal
He may have told you he had 15k hours but you could have checked his steam account that showed he only had 11 hours on rust.
You seem to have almost 4k hours yourself, I would expect you to know better or to be more cautious with who you play with by now.
I don't think your ban should be lifted as the rules are strict when it comes to cheaters. -

we received over 12 reports about you possibly cheating in only a 40 minute span.
This included a clip of you wiping this trio, double and triple headshots.

I then saw that your steam account was also suspicious in nature, low level and not legit looking at all.
I then observed you speaking in voice chat to another player and quoted as saying "Watch out there's a lot of people that cheat, that use scripts, IB IB IB"
IB being your clan tag. That was also another warning sign that combined with everything else points to you using scripts.
I then saw your spray from over 220 meters in which you doubled me. Your spray can be seen as a literal traceable line.
These are all the factors I took into consideration before making the call and I believe it's enough evidence of cheating.

I don't doubt that you enjoy playing on our servers, you have 1k hours on Anarchy.
It's a shame because you have one of the most toxic chat logs I have ever seen.
There is no room for people like that on our staff team.

Hello and thanks for coming to the forums,
You were reported 7 times by players in the 4 hours of play time you have on our servers.
This led to me spectating you.
While doing so I observed you tracking other players through walls, and lining up shots without having to peek seen here.
I also saw you snap your view in my direction whenever I would show myself near your base, example seen here
It's my belief that this is more than enough evidence to justify the ban.

Your ban has been removed however you do tread the line between what is mutable and not mutable,
Please keep that in mind if this were to happen again. Stupid games= stupid prizes, in this case you were an instant winner.
Consider this a warning and I hope you have a good force wipe tomorrow!
