This makes no sense, the purpose of FailRP is to punish people who don't abide by the typical rules of a class or action and such. For example, if a parkourist has a Benelli that is FailRP for on Garnet they cannot have a weapon larger than a pistol. And not waiting the cooldown for raids and mugs is also FailRP. If you define FailRP it gives people alot of space to loophole and wreak havoc on the server. Big -1.

It brings money to the server. I realize some VIPMods may not fully know the rules, but that doesn't mean all do. Most actually get on everyday and love the server so much they just donate for Mod, (Either that or they got denied on the forums). In the end, it's Garnet's decision. @Garnet

+1. Past staff (cant remember his rank tho.), he's an OG <3. His past experience has proven he knows the rules and abides by them. Add to refs.

As i said before, you can't ban them only because they left. You have to do genuine investigating (i.e asking the reporter for proof of him not being inside the base).

The reporter has to provide proof, how do you know captain wasn't in his base?

@DaffyDuck Do you have Screen shots of connection logs? And please tell me you didn't ban him because he left, because you really do still have to investigate not just say, "he left and is clearly guilty". Also provide some proof supporting that he wasn't defending his base (instead RDMing people), because you can't base punishments off of speculation. What i mean by that is, do you have proof from the reporter clearly showing he wasn't inside the base?
