Neutrals: by the looks of it, your quiet young, havnt had the chance to meet you ingame sadly, so cant say anything about your personality or maturity. small paragraphs, you also say : I will never break any rules (wich you shouldnt no matter what) not be disrespectful to others while on duty/off duty (wich you shouldnt no matter what) I will not ever hold any grudges against anyone or punish anyone wrongfully in a sit (mistakes can happen, you might accidentaly grab the wrong steamid, but holding grudges is just something everyone do) I will never use vulgar language in a sit`s (you shouldnt do that no matter what either) how many hours a day ect, usually help people decide positives: Decent hours. got a referral Summary: has potential, buff your paragraphs (not alot of filler), if you get denied, maybe wait till the warns ect are gone, make urself a bit more known in the community/ talk to people. but as said, you might already be known, havnt been on in like a week

neutral. both good and bad. heres a little tweak doh. Mayor should not have climb swep, if he has it he`ll just fly away, and noone can every kill him. also, a climb swep isnt the only reason why cops dont catch people, most of the people with cc`s/climb sweps have dlores/db`s ect

+1 Would add alot more variety, than a bunch of blue citizen. more rp scenarios: Italian mafia rp, proper club roleplay. now we`ve just had to use some classes and rp it, but with these classes we can for sure boost the roleplay instead of just being a minge server.

Ye, but dont you have enough sits for promo? If so, with the 200 hours this month thats plenty, a week break isnt gonna break the server (unless you are the entirw staff team these days)

Lowkey, if you’ve been on for 200hours this month, i kinda feel like you dont need an loa xD. usually people take loa’s if they’re a bit higher up in the chain. But non the less hf.

-1 Cons: in my opinion reapplying 24 hours after you got denied shows one thing, you dont have the patience to improve yourself, and work on a proper staff app. ur hours are a bit low (in mu opinion) u have a active warn. bearly 2 sentences. seem quiet young (not allways a bad thing), but it dosnt seem like you wanted to put in the effort to apply here. Pros: read the staff rules

couldnt say it better myself (except abides ref, cus obv i would get that ) all in all i`d say, reread the staff rules, make sure you avoid being warned/jailed ect, and just be active in the community EDIT: BIG -1 okay after binladinhoes recording https://streamable.com/1xubyf im certain you arnt ready for staff. shooting someone for no reason what so ever, and then trying to report them for rdm is poor efforts, also reporting the staff member who spends his freetime making sure not only you but a popular server with houndreds of people visititing a day has a good time, honestly makes me wonder if you have any respect for the staff rank. im kinda appalled by this, especially since its what? 2 months, might just be me feeling this, and standing up for my fellow staff members but yikes.

-1 have talked to you before, cant say i saw anything super friendly, and judging by others response, your probably still a bit toxic. also a bit short on the paragraph`s. also this isnt really a certain amount of time, i`d say write down a certain amount of hours u can actually play/staff.

Imagine being p2w, yikes. Ill tell you how to actually combat the p2w people. 1: make a base with a small shooting hole ready to snipe them from a safe distance. 2: farm money, gain enough money to trade ingame cash for store credits (what i did, and my acc is worth about 1k $) 3: get dlore, then vip, then db. after that you should be good, maybe grind for a m4a1 aswell. best guid here lads Edit: Incase you people disagreeing think that i`m serious, im not XD. (but it does work doh, its gotten 7 people i played with to over 1k acc`s)
