This is a very odd glitch, but it doesn't affect much other than a couple seconds of time wasted. You can easily start the duel again if this happens.

A very familiar suggestion has already been made by @ajbedhead about buffing prestige with different ideas, but I can also see some of your ideas being implemented as well.

He is not obligated to deal with RDM that happens in front of him without a report, and it isn't clear that he actually witnessed RDM from your videos. However, I don't see a ban for prop blocking spawn as necessary in this situation. Im sorry, but vehicles are something I would never imagine coming to Garnet DarkRP. I can imagine myself constantly crashing into walls because of the odd turns at certain points of the map, and as @royk01 already mentioned, Garnet should not have as many mods as possible to keep it a vanilla server. -1

From the video provided, you accidentally threw the nerve gas inside a jail.
