Although you clearly put a significant amount of effort into your application, you are very toxic. I played a wipe cycle against you and I had a very negative experience. There is a very distinct line between toxicity and banter. You do not understand the difference yet. Due to your toxicity and character, I do not think you would be a good addition to the Garnet staff team. Here is evidence of toxicity:

You're aight, I guess. I'm just playing. We have been playing together for many months. You are a great player but more importantly, you are a great human. You are compassionate, intelligent, mature, pleasant to be around, and I know you care about serving those around you. I referred you because I know you would be a fantastic addition.

Most of your toxic comments were about a month ago. I do not think that is enough time to truly reflect on your actions and words.

Moderators must be leaders in the community. That is not how you lead. Addionally, it seems like both of your paragraphs were made with minimal effort. Lastly, actions speak louder than words. There is a distinct line between toxicity and banter. I think you are too far on the side of toxicity. I can only think of one neutral altercation I have had with you, all else has been quite negative. Between you calling me racial slurs to using ableist expressions, I am quite glad you are withdrawing your application. We do not and will not support bigots.

What is your suggestion:
Hey all!
I have a few suggestions for the 1000x server. (1) Firstly, I think it would brilliant if we had a server wide leaderboard. This leaderboard should track total kills, deaths, and our kill death ratio and present it into a list. Thus, allowing us to see the true PvP chads. This implantation can be used for each of Garnets' servers.
(2) I'd also like to suggest allowing structures to decay quicker. There is a significant amount of lag following a battle where many people enjoy spamming their walls and using their virgin triangles. It's quite annoying that these structures will last 24 hours+.
(3) Lastly, I think it would be beneficial to beef up the loot for both Oil Rigs and Cargo Ship. These areas are typically highly contested but have no value on the 1000x server.
(4) Map Voting
How would this suggestion benefit the server?:
(1) A server leaderboard gives players more incentive to go out and PvP. We all want to know who is at the top. Addionally, it is interesting to gauge how well we are doing relative to other players in. I believe this will add a new and interesting dynamic the 1000x since it is PvP intensive. In conclusion, I believe the average playtime will increase slightly as some people may seek to appear in the top ten of the leaderboard.
(2) The 1000x has a decent amount of lag due to all of the structures scattered through the map. Many of them are no longer inhabited. This would benefit the server by reducing server lag.
(3) This would benefit the 1000x server by adding a new designated PvP area with true value. It will ultimately add more depth to the overall 1000x experience by creating more options for the players.
(4) I think providing the players more power and options will create a better experience for all.

I have extensive experiences moderating forums and large Discord communities. Due to past experiences through the professional workforce, high-level athletics, and my various hobbies, I have begun to learn and hone in on the proper managerial skills needed to communicate, aid, and handle people with varying backgrounds and motives. I enjoy giving back to my community, throughout my life, I have always given back to the communities that have aided and shaped me. Throughout my college career, I have completed many business and social work courses in order to deepen my understanding of people dissimilar to me.
Although my Garnet server hours are on the lower side, since being invited to the server by my close friend, Big Ronnie, it is the only server I have been playing on. I really enjoy and appreciate the 1000x community. You guys really make this game enjoyable and I would be honored to serve the community as a potential moderator. Do not let my low server hours dissuade you. I am passionate and will put my best foot forward.
I first decided to apply to be a moderator when I realized that the 1000x server had a significant amount of toxicity in the form of racial slurs and prejudices, especially in the morning and afternoon when the moderators are away. I am available throughout the day to stop these racial remarks. It is something I am very passionate about. I know I can bring a positive and mature attitude to the administration team. My goal is to limit racism, uplift and connect with the Garnet community.

Anything water related has a place in my heart. Lastly, I am a musician! I can play the piano, drums, guitar, and the bass!

To remark on your point about calling someone braindead; two wrongs do not make a right. That is one of the oldest unwritten rules that we learn at a very young age. Adding fire to a fire just makes a bigger fire. Addionally, As a Garnet staff member, you are held to different expectations then the average player. You can cuss, sure; there is a difference between saying "that was a fucking easy fight" and "shut yo bitch ass up". Based on your chat log that isn't merely banter. Banter is two sided and enjoyable; banter does not cast you in a negative light. I believe you are capable of bantering but you take remarks from others a little too personal. I speak from my experiences that my team and I have had with you.

To remark on your point about being frustrated with the lag. Yes, we know the server can lag pretty bad sometimes but it is up you to maintain your composure and not bitch and whine. You know it'll get better. Calling the server shitty adds no benefit to anything. Am I wrong?
