Having video evidence is VERY important, maybe you can change this by trying out OBS or MedalTV. I also do not think I have not seen you in game many times. More activity and you should be good Im gonna stay NEUTRAL due to lack of recording software.

https://streamable.com/z9aiov this is a similar scenario. I intentionally walked toward the RPG but stayed in street so that he would RDM me. I called a sit immediately after dying to get him warned. The Staff member said that he was not gonna be warned because I intentionally walked into it. So in this scenario I decided to walk into Nipplers nerve gas as a joke thinking that nothing would happen from what I was previously told as stated above. I don't know why you would ban him for something so minute as to ARDMing 1 person and killing 3 others that INTENTIONALLY (even admitted it) walked into it. It just seems like this whole ban was to target him for "actually" ARDMing 1 specific person.

Are you okay? It only shows him hitting Bass ric and Tanhk FUBAR who admitted to intentionally running into the nerve gas. If I am wrong provide more evidence of damage logs. Also as said the 3 people that were killed have admitted to running into it. Therefore the only punishment that should be given is a warn for ARDM which has been given out already. I think that this Ban was very targeted and was unjust because the sit was already resolved and Stalin decided to ban him anyway (the report was for ARDM, NOT MARDM - Hence why none of the people killed by reported Nippler, reported Nippler).

So you are going to punish someone for people running into his nerve gas intentionally? How does that make sense? The 3 people killed and damage logs all admitted to running into the nerve gas. That isn’t even RDM at all. We ran into it for fun. If this count as RDM then I will be making multiple forum reports on people rocket raiding and me running toward them in the street to die. 3 of the people that were damaged apart of his "Att RDM" ban (Me, Bass ric, and Tanhk FUBAR) intentionally ran into the nerve gas thrown because I yelled in game chat "RUN INTO IT!" as a joke. These people can Confirm or Deny by reacting with the "Agree" or "Disagree" reaction. We did not intend for Nippler to get banned from this.

I am kinda confused on the point you are trying to make. Removing clans is not possible. The only thing that would be revoked is the clan tag that is in there name. Everyone would still be partied up and raiding the same way just without the clan tag in there name. If that doesn’t make sense I’ll elaborate.

-1 I agree but at the same time it’s not really that big of a deal to be added. Other things have a higher priority and I feel this is low on the list. When trying to jail someone from when you are on a /roof, I usually grab them and push them through the tunnel and just jail them over there. So that after the jail they can return to RPing by exiting the tunnel.

Next time you make an app be sure to follow the exact instructions on Rules/Format. To find your correct playtime use the command "/playtime (name)" in chat on the server (Minimum playtime is 70+ hours). Please make sure you read EVERY rule and do what they say. This section is supposed to be a minimum of 2 paragraphs. From what I see, you just have 1 and it is very lackluster. If you want to be on the Staff Team please put effort into your next and hopefully final app. Sorry but for now its a Huge -1 from me. Improve all of the things stated above in your next app and you should be good.

It says your name on the props lmao. Lying in a Appeal isn't a good luck just sayin. The sign says "do /check Adric (the sharks name) (amount)" so you dropped the check saying his name which i then gave to the shark.

First of all, Rapts was based and in a party with the person who I was raiding so he should not have taken sit because the sit was very biased. (as seen in 2nd video). Secondly, Goose was the one who reported me and he was rightfully killed during the raid because he was in the raid area and in the party of the base owner (also seen in the 2nd video), and you are not allowed to make a report for another player. Lastly, no one that I "Unintentionally RDM'd" reported me which means that did not care that they got killed. In "My POV" you can see that I shot the RPG directly at the base. You can also hear in "My POV" that my discord said I killed everyone outside in which I said "No I Didn't...Did I actually?" showing that I didn't intentionally kill the people outside.
