-1, doesn't seem to be a serious staff app, even it is for DRP or MRP the -1 still stands. Nothing is met other than the age requirement, very weak application.

-1, we have had team damage in the past, though it has been a long time. Back then most people were afraid to shoot a rocket or throw a nade cause they may hit a friendly and be reported and warned. On the end it was removed for reasons such as that.

+1, recently I have had a talk with tanner and he seems like a very mature person, he has been around the community for as long as I can remember and is trustworthy, would be fit for GM. Good luck

-1 To start with, you are barely over the required hours to apply for staff, I recommend putting in more time and becoming a little more accustomed to the server, playerbase, and community. Next, not trying to be rude or anything but while I was reading your paragraphs I was almost certain that they were written by an elementary student, the sentences barely made sense and there was a lot of repeating. I think it’s better you take more time to get to know everyone including the staff team before applying. Adding on, the title of this application is incorrect and needs to changed.

I'm sure something like this could be sorted out with just an addition to this suggestion or creating a suggestion of your own, but again I don't think it is really needed. As already stated before, the guns are a minor factor as to why someone would join a faction. As incoming enlisted are joining the server they generally are looking the "Coolest" faction that they can find. Honestly you could look at this from a different angle. If Army enlisted are trying out for Army sniper then you can start trainings for those enlisted teaching them how to properly use while also recruiting from the group the attends those trainings. Along with that if Rangers are supporting the Army enlisted and training them how to use the L115 and being involved with them, then they will feel more "wanted" which in turn will make them want to join Rangers. Not purely because of the gun but rather the fact that a Ranger is teaching them how to play and win wars, in the end they will want to join you.

+1 This was done in the past giving base faction players the ability to play which ever play style fit them the most without forcing to tryout for a SOC faction. I also completely agree that this will not ruin anyones drive to join a SOC faction, most new players will join a SOC because they look cool not necessarily always looking for which faction has the best weapon.

Just made an observation after talking to phantom. Are you saying that there won’t be a force abilities tree, only meditate and force leap?

I’m not sure if others were running into the same problem but when I viewed the skill tree it didn’t show up with the third skill tree. Only Forms and character skills were the ones I could see. But phantom could see all three.
