You continued to return more than three times which is MassNLR like I explained to you in the sit. Furthermore, after explaining what you had done wrong, I asked you to read the rules. I understand you're new to DarkRP. You are presented with the Garnet Gaming DarkRP rules every time you connect to the server, if you neglect to read them, it is on you for whatever repercussions come from your decision to disregard reading the rules. you also did not read the ban appeal format. please correct this.

@Chuckie Is last night the night you were referring to? I can provide the evidence for the warrants I made. There was also two players on police classes that were going around false warranting. Their names were Big Dee (AKA arthur art bigotti) and the other was Big Ass Bass. I reported both of them, however staff did not respond. Also, during the time that you claim I was RDAing, there were several laws made by the current mayor: Fails The Fox such as weapons/raid tool AOS and others. I only arrested people when I had reason to. I had been reported several times that night for RDA. Each of which, I did not receive a warn for as I had reasons for arrest for all of them. I reported two people which got banned as a result of my reports. I can assure you I was doing what I could do to prevent rule breaking. No disrespect to current staff, but it wasn't being handled. I understand your frustration last night. The server's players thought the server was going to reset and began breaking whatever rules they could. The server ended up not being reset and the rule breaking died down. Now as of your accusations of me RDAing and RDMing CP, these are the two players I mentioned before. I was attempting to stop them from false warranting and Mass RDMing which I was a victim of. I attempted to arrest them when they shot me for no reason and only killed them when I was about to die, which is not RDM if I was fired at first. Here is two videos of them trying to RDM me. I believe that I could be a valuable member of the staff team for this community for several reasons that I will explain. I am mature, dedicated, and a loyal member of the Garnet Gaming Community and I would like to do my part in giving support to ensure the server continues to operate smoothly and efficiently. First, I am mature. I notice that a large percent of the players population is on the younger side. I am 20 years old and have life experiences that made me a more understanding, reasonable, and mature person. (not that that has much to do with staffing on a Garry's mod server) but my point is that I know how to be the middleman in arguments and how to reasonably solve them in which both parties are either satisfied or given the corrective action required. I am a United States Marine and I am in a position above other marines, On many occasions, Marines under my command have had problems or arguments with one another that I have had to step in as the middleman and resolve. In terms of staffing on Garnet Gaming, I will be fair in my judgement of situations. I will not allow players to argue in sits when the verdict is quite clear. I have noticed in some of my own sits, the other player and I continue to talk about the situation even after clear evidence has been presented such as screenshots or video recordings. I have previously been staff on Garnet Gaming years ago. I remember how to be a good staff member, I remember how to take sits, and handle issues between players. I will have to brush up on the correct punishments for each rule violation as it has been so long but my memory will come back to me. I have been playing on Garnet Gaming for several years with a year break in between. I have over 600 hours on the server and plan to continue playing on it. I have supported the server in my years of active participation monetarily (not that it should matter), but my point is that I am invested in the server and have no intent on leaving any time soon or jeopardizing my ability to play the server in any way. I value garnet gaming and its community. It has been a big part in my time on Garry's Mod. I plan to invest more time into the server if I am accepted as a member of the staff team. I know I have only recently came back to the server as of two months ago, but it is good to see all of the fresh faces on the sever. If so, Include details: Yes I have been banned once on this server for mass RDM. I was inside my base and the police were outside. I was warranted, and the police continued to NLR to my base. The warrant expired as I had been defending from them. I had taken some damage from what I presumed to be the police and I had returned fire and killed the players I believed had shot me, but turns out I shot two people who had not shot me and one more in the crossfire making it three RDMs. It was a misunderstanding and a mistake on my part. I have learned from my ban and I know what I did was wrong and will be sure to pay more attention to who I am firing at. Overall, the situation of the police NLRing and warranting my base cause me to stop thinking normally and I was just trying to defend my base. My ban is not an indicator of my character. I never intend to break the rules of the server. I play as a CP quite often and am accused of false warranting quite frequently. Each time, I have video or screenshot evidence ready to provide to the staff team. I am always sure to prevent breaking rules, however I made a mistake and have since learned from it.
