  1. Hey Fairy, I actually really appreciate the respectful tone in this appeal.

You did admit to the rdm on the reportee, during the sit another report came in as well on you and I checked logs. The first thing I noticed was the kill logs: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2631097837
unfortunately there were 10 kills in the log, 7 of them being in the last 3 mins. I did try to explain when you rebuttaled with "I didn't kill him that many times" that there were still 5 others (excluding the RDM on me personally) that still had no explanation. Just to confirm I checked the hit logs: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2631097855
one staff member took the other aforementioned sit and teleported us into their roof. a little bit of rhetoric started happening and the argument was (my apologies) going nowhere in my opinion as i tried to repeat my inquiry about the other kills.

hit logs to confirm that 1 of the 7 players killed did in fact shoot first but no report on that player was made: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2631097867

  2. -1, i totally get it, were in a moment right now where we all just got unboxing back, we wanna roll those dice. money is about to go down the tube as far as economics go. not even like trickle down economics, like just boom dissapeared from the entire pool of available money. and we have an overwhelming amount of a minority who are holding 10-30m and WILL drop that money on a few boxes and then bank 5 of the rpgs they get while everyhting else is lost. as for the miner i know exactly what youre talking about. lets break the money down homie. theres 4 coolers, a power supply, an actual power source (which if you add radioactivity to thi server im packing up my ukulele and fucking leaving), 4 prints, a stand, and even an rgb option?? so lets assume thats just 5k per upgrade, thats 45,000 for startup, if that makes just more than 50k per hour then the printers on top and the meth then you got around 250k/hr. whats that do? inflation. boxes are still a mil and if you stack printers AND miners, dude, we are absolutely fucked. wed have to rewrite all the values in the whole game. as for the casino, i believe it was fish, but someone posted their own code for a really amazing casino text set

  3. I would like to just add off handedly, If ya'll really wanna talk meta then convince me to finish my 3 page suggestions post i wanna make. nobody prints cus its too one sided, nobody spends money cus normies need lots of guns (even with the free guns we all pass out) and even with an EXPEDITED event system (i can easy throw down 2 mil a night on this server) yall are getting paid and holding onto shit. the normies want vip and permas and the vips want more money. now that we got unboxing back all that money gets tanked back into oblivion. If yall really want to fix the economy and even the meta yall gonna need to allow printing incentives for normies not VIP. theres not one normie who wasnt raided and then logged for the night. its too easy, its too discouraging, and hell if they dont even report. (which i have suggestions on how raiding reports and player responses should be handled). Theres an empty grey area of number crunching where an hour is too much to ask for folk to sit on debt and within that time theres not really places to hide unexpectedly so if you have a keypad down EXPECT to get raided. reformat this to increase the hourly wage to 120k and make upgrades 60k. why these specific numbers? because asking 30 mins of folk is much easier than asking an hour + profit hours, plus a 20k increase is actually pretty damn healthy in the grand scheme for those who want to print like an epson laserjet printer. the only issue with that that needs balancing is server population. the printers cause incentivization for long hours logged. but a 4 hour sit down is the average and a shipment of guns can be like 120k. thats a 5th of your daily income and most people get fucked up daily or forget to drop shit. There's also an issue of wasted classes at the moment. The hourly wage of classes arent balanced to inflated economies rn either. the classes that can make great money dont due to the difficulty. also, how do you balance a meta when the numbers are so outstandingly askew. 6 people to a team and an entire server of raiders. open a bank and youll see how easy a reality that is to make. we ain't ready for that yet tho

  5. In-game name: Adric
SteamID (https://steamid.io/): cannot get it atm
    In-game rank: T.mod
    Timezone:EST
Length of LOA: around 2-3 weeks
Reason: I’ve gotten myself another job (#3 now) and while its another one working at home my hours are still a bit wonky until I’m through all my training. Theres about 3 weeks left I have to go through and my schedule lately has been to hop on and do a few sits right after work, but since Friday I havnt logged on as I needed the weekend to remember what color grass was. This is more of a “just in case” kind of LoA, so I’ll be on during the 12-4am est times.

  6. I wanted to make a monopoly game in DRP for a while. After getting a few folk together to help test it out we got it all put together! it's monopoly but themed after DRP.

The rules are sort of simple lol

    ---------------------------------------------------------------
    HERE'S THE BOARD LAYOUT

    CORNER SPACES

Job Pay represents when you get your pay from the system for your class. Banker pays $1,000 to every player who passes Job Pay
PD represents the jail. land here and skip your next turn
Lottery is a $2000 pay for winning the lotto.
Admin Sit means you get pulled into a sit with the admin. you can take a warn or bribe the admin (Banker) $1000 to avoid the warn. 3 warns and you're out of the game.

    BASE VALUES

    Spawn | Buy: $500 | Rent: $100              Financial | Buy: $1,750 | Rent: $400
    Downtown | Buy: $750 | Rent: $150      Fountain | Buy: $2,250 | Rent: $550
    Chessboard | Buy: $1,000 | Rent $200  Residential | Buy: $3,000 | Rent: $700
    Industrial | Buy: $1,250 | Rent: $300    Beach | Buy: $4,000 | Rent: $1,000

    PLAYER SETUP

•EVERYBODY MUST BANK ALL THEIR MONEY EXCEPT FOR $10,000!
•Players may choose any prop they want to use as their game piece as long as it fits in the board's squares.
•They will use a separate prop to represent their Bases when buying property. Place these props on the colored tile above the player squares.
•They may use the same prop or a different one to represent Printers. Place these on top of your base prop.

    •Colors and Materials allowed.

    HOW TO PLAY

1 player needs to be the banker and cannot play. Start the game with $0. When a player wants to buy a property they pay the banker.

everybody /roll and order the players from highest roll to lowest. this is the turn order.

Start at the Job Pay space (green corner)

    /roll to move
your move is the FIRST VALUE of your role; so 48=4 spaces, 99=9 spaces, 3=3 spaces, etc.

When you land on a property you can purchase a base for the "BUY" amount on the list.

If another player lands on your base they must pay you the "RENT" amount on the list.

    TRADING AND PRINTERS

Players may negotiate a trade at the beginning of their turn.
Players may purchase as many printers as they like at the beginning of their turn.

PRINTERS COST $300 EACH AND ADD $100 TO YOUR RENT PER PRINTER!
Chessboard rent is $200, if there are 3 printers on that base the rent is now $500

YOU DO NOT NEED TO OWN ALL PROPERTY COLORS TO PLACE PRINTERS!

    --------------------------------------------------------

  7. Banker is a pretty difficult job, but if you do it correctly you can make a fair bit of money.

The point of banking is not to make a lot of money off every printer but rather accumulate the majority of the populations printers and only cutting the profits by half and sharing them. this creates a system that actually behooves both players. a huge proprietor of the effectiveness of the bank is TRUST! Trust that the bank will be well guarded and the money will be relinquished. Failure to do either of these will effect your bank greatly. make sure people know you are transparent about your methods. and most importantly, treat your staff well and keep them paid. offer bonuses for successful  raid counters, good front desk work, or just overall performance. A banker is completely useless without a competent team.

    BANKERS:
    1. FOLLOW THE RULES! - Don't ever commit failrp or let someone rob the bank, or something like fading door abuse in the midst of a raid. anything that goes against a bankers rules, like not giving a stolen printer back or using anything larger than pistol. If you get banned or reconnected the whole bank base might de-spawn and the entire effort becomes wasted.
    2. $2mil startup money is required. the first 2 hours of banking is ALL debts. debts from printers, debts from employee pay, debts from lottery. you need to decide whether you can spend 2 mil and 2 hours just to break even before even considering money making.
    3. YOU MUST KEEP A LIST OF LOGGED PRINTER TIMES! Once a printer enters that vault you MUST log its times. the time it came in/the time it last got collected/the time it dissapears. Keeping track of these numbers is IMPERATIVE!

    SERVICES:
The bank will buy your printers for 4+ hr minimum
The bank will buy stolen printers for 35k or if they are 7/7 - 10/10 we will pay 50k for every printer shoved under the door
The bank will run your account while you AFK. Make 100k/hour just alt tabbed.
The bank will pay you 50k/hr per printer while you play
The bank will sometimes have gunstores and bars that anyone may frequent

    PRINTER TYPES:
Accounts Printers- These printers are from players who want to open an account with the bank. Account printers are to be recorded when they enter, when the customer withdraws their account pay, and when the customer closes the account (or logs off). You MUST pay anyone with an account at the appropriate time.

Staff Printers- These printers are owned by the staff you hire. They put these on a separate rack and each employee is responsible for their own printer. the banker NEVER collects from these, only seldomly placing coolers if the staff haven't noticed. the printers help add to the employee pay.

"Permanent" Printers- These are your insurance money. sometimes people will give you printers or you pay them something like 200k for 6+ hours. You must have a 1:1 ratio of printers to employees. For every employee you need 1 perm printer to afford that staff.

    HOW DOES THE MONEY WORK:
    Stay with me here...
    1 printer = 100k/hr (600k) + -100k (really its like 89k but we always round up debts) = 500k for 6 hours
    2 printers make 1mil in 6 hours.
Buy others' printers as well and subtract the cost to the agreed time and its should be something similar to your printers net value
You don't make any money the first hour of running printers. EVERY PRINTER ALWAYS COST 100K AUTOMATICALLY so if you buy a print at 100k, remember you really bought it at 200k and now need 2 hours to reimburse that loss.
EVERY HOUR = 100K - when counting printers always count buy 100k, never let a printer be less than 10/10. as the bank you can ALWAYS afford the risk
Every set of perms you buy will pay for 1 employee and 1 account payout or 2 employees, or 2 accounts.

    SCENARIO:
    I open at 12 pm with 2m.
I am starting with 1 employee.
I use my prints as perm and the guard is responsible for his own printers.
I've spent 200k on my printers and now my money is at 1.8m.
in the first hour we have gotten 2 accounts open.
    I spent 200k on each account. That's 400k to upgrade 4 printers for 2 accounts. (1.4m)
In the following hour i now have to pay my employee 100k. (1.3m)
Collectively i have now collected 200k from my printers (1.5m) and ill be getting 400k from those accounts  (1.9m).
    1PM
    I buy a set of printers for 100k for 6 hours (1.8m)
2 more accounts are opened at 1:30PM that cost 400k to upgrade (1.4m)
    2PM
    pay employee - 100k (1.3m)
Collect both perm and first 2 accounts' 800k (2.1m)
    pay first accounts 200k (1.9m)
    2:30PM
    Collect from 2nd accounts 400k (2.3m)
    Pay 2nd accounts (2.1m)
if you're confident with your customers you can always just coast for 2 more hours on what you have collected and call it a day, everything is in the positives once you get past the 2 hour debt. It gives you time to get a little egg nestled and then make enough to get back to the +'s.

You can also just go balls to the walls and invest and invest and invest but remember that this world is fickle and you may lose it all in just a second.

eventually its up to you to decide when you can afford more employees or take on another printer. Accounts can always be open without fear of money loss. as long as they will be on for an hour. and even if they don't, in 20 mins you make 33k so you'd be down like 50k not ~87k and the perm printers which you should always collect asap will help mitigate losses.

    -----------------------------

There's actually a lot more to it but as of right now, these are the basics. Pay your team, account every printer appropriately, don't overstaff, be wise with your money, don't cheat anyone. At the end of the day, when things are running efficiently it's a hell of a lot of fun to just base and work with your friends. its always fun taking a private conversation in the back of the vault or having a bar open up and everyone chills. it's work, but its fun work. I'll try to update this more but please ask any questions and help me poke holes in this method!

Embarrassed me. You can ask Aki, I stopped all events for that night after your outburst cus it made me uncomfortable. I don't even know you bud..... just simmer down homie
