As much I understand what you're saying if you only know me from the staff discord and not in game, then how do you have a true opinion of how things are now rather than several months ago. I respect your opinion but I would like to have a talk with you if you'd like or have some way of showing you the way things are now 3 months after I was removed from the discord, AFTER my demotion, in the now. for the record not once am I ever being serious its just my type of humor. When I "bullied you" its because of the bad history with this server and people buying moderator in the first 2 hours of playing. I didn't know you #1, #2 my humor doesn't normally go out the right way. But you would know if I was blatantly being a toxic dick. Your opinion is your opinion but I want you to know my intention wasn't to start shit. edit: think of me like fetn, he bullied grand daddy stalin when he bought moderator, its just a thing that people are annoyed about and AGAIN I wasn't being a true toxic person its literally either "trash talk" "or just F*ckin with you" literally nothing more, I haven't known you that much on the server and the only thing i know is you had 3 hours of playtime and bought moderator, that's it.

I suggest even though the punishment is only the length of failrp warn I highly suggest you push this to a nitrp ban at least if not more for all the time you guys put into that bank and was having fun and enjoying the role play. This guy ruined it in seconds. Please making a report in the darkrp "reports/appeals" section. Up to you but I see this being put towards a NITRP ban if accepted.

Thank you for all your responses and concerns everything is taken to note by me especially the concerns and uncertainties of me becoming a staff member, and I just want you to know if this does get accepted I can't wait to prove you all wrong and maybe start fresh with our individual relationships and hopefully become a better member of staff team. May I ask when can these things from Months ago stop coming back and when can we move forward? I don't mind waiting longer but the constant history being brought back has to stop at some point. I want everyone to look at the now, it was different when it was a recent event that had occurred but I'm applying 3 months after these things happened.

WAIT HUH???? that doesn't come close to anything I would say. Please don't claim things you can't back up. Not saying that what you are claiming is false but not ever have I used any of those words towards anyone especially if they are new to the server. So please I'd like to see proof of this statement than a sentence.

Last thing I'll mention is that this was not just an argument with me, I happen to report it so yes its a direct point in my direction but in that situation half the server as well as an argument with staff were going back in forth with this topic specifically. Especially when I think it was @Hamas who gave that base to multiple people in the server and its been used several times.

The circumstances behind me demotion is that I wasn't handling first hand bans when I was handling situations. When it came to the appeals I didn't have the proof or it wasn't enough to be eligible for the ban. There were brought up incidences that I was toxic to other staff members which held a factor in my demotion, as well as my warns during my time a staff. As it was probably one of the smaller factors it was a brick stacked on top another. Those were the main points I was told why I was demoted. It has been a little above 3 months since then. I've tried to apply only once and this is my second attempt. I've only applied due to other staff members recommendation not by my own eagerness to come back so soon. I only want to take my time in developing the trust I want from all of you. Thanks for the responses so far, your concerns are noted, can't wait to hear from more people of the server.

I've been through many tough times due to my decision making and not once did I think of giving up and leaving how it was. i mean its pretty clear. Their using media variations of sound in their mic. Which dj's can use. #1 nothing is questionable about the dj in the video playing media related sound. Yes. It's annoying the type of ear rape sound they're using but still allowed. #2 you should've asked if it was allowed instead of muting the person because it "hurt your ears" #3 As a solution while you're "looking for their name" TAKE YOUR HEADPHONES OFF... LOOK FOR THE NAME... Then mute them. Simple. That's my final response.

I started playing mayor a lot more when this bug first took effect on the server, it was occurring during anytime after arresting the people. There would even be problems of people having weapons inside the jail even when arrested but I think that's already been resolved. Anyways there is nothing that I know can fix or step by step to put yourself as apart of the bug.

this happens in certain occasions where a random person would be arrested idk if its the job or the person or if its by random but to the best of my knowledge you can't put yourself in the bug.

You have experience as a staff member. You are known among the community already so that's a positive. My only concern is that a post you had mentioned is that you had problems with your computer or something happened that made it so you couldn't play anymore. As long as you don't have a problem with that I don't see a problem in +1'ing this app. Also, shit happens so if you can't determine that concern of mine right now I get it. These are minor things I've mentioned but the final thing is that I'm constantly active on the server and I've yet to meet you or have an interaction with you, but I'll go with my gut and just +1.
