I remember many years ago I did exactly this but just for my own benefit as driving in GMod is notoriously bad, so I tweaked a lot of the values until I was happy with the handling. With that said, I remember it taking me a really long time and through it by trial and error, I eventually got there, so as long as Garnet's happy to spend that amount of time tweaking it then it's certainly possible for sure and I could get behind the idea. Maybe make low-end cars a little slower too as they are all super fast lol.
It was a suggestion about making the map not dark

Description: Disallow tow truck drivers from putting towed cars into a base, and charging people to open the fading door and let them get their cars back
Reasoning: People already pay to get their car back if it's towed, and what if the tow truck driver isn't there?

I think having health regen go back to 100 would be a good thing, it didn't really provide an advantage in CQC because it took a long time to activate and regenerated very slowly.
