If you live in the U.S., suicide was decriminalized awhile ago. Usually if you make a suicide attempt you're detained and evaluated in a mental hospital, and hopefully you would be if you responded to the police like that.

No, he said it was still RDM but not to be a valid report unless reported by the victim of the RDM. Therefore, if you use this argument in a sit it is loopholing and that is the only rule you can be punished for.

Players aren't punished by revoking their donations, if that was the case universally for players then donations most likely wouldn't be as popular. In all cases, players should be punished accordingly no matter their experience, playtime, or rank, which is exactly why we have guidelines and a D3A handbook. If he breaks enough rules to be jailed/warned/banned, then carry-out-so. If he has not done anything punishable other than annoy you, then simply let him be or ignore him. As simple as that.

You may only use your voice or instruments. Pencil sharpener is not an instrument, and if you call it an instrument then you're making "instruments" subjective, and I can call anything that could or couldn't be allowed an instrument which would make it allowed. It clearly says only your voice or you utilizing an instrument, so if you're using anything else to mic spam as a hobo, it may not be media mic spam but the punishment will still be labeled that. Just like Racism in OOC, (Racism Definition: prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one's own race is superior.) saying racial slurs isn't racist but it is still labeled during a warning as racism in OOC.

Under the DarkRP General Rules, rule #30 states: 30. Only Manager+ can have invisible names/jobs in RP situations. Admin+ can have invisible names if spectating. Invisible name ban can be justified to avoid confusion and only used during spectating situations for certain ranks, but there is no point is disallowing invisible jobs, especially when a player's name is still visible, having their job as spaces will hopefully not confuse anyone and punishing players for making their job invisible is incredibly useless.
