Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs] The last time I was staff I never missed a quota and if there were sits I took them as soon as possible. I'd really just like another chance to advance as a part of the team again. I had so much fun staffing last time and I will do even better this time than last time. Due to me already having staffed, my training would be easy. I still have my key binds from last time. I did a good job and left a good impact on the community (I think). Since I last played my mental state has seriously improved and that will allow me to help people better than before since I no longer need to worry about myself. I have had positive interactions with the community every time I've played, that's why I'm applying again. I've got shortcuts to the staff rules, commands, and punishments already on my pc. I will handle sits quickly and without many mistakes. I understand what my responsibility as staff is. I know the rules decently well, and can understand when I'm wrong in a scenario. As I said in the suggestion, that addon is only an idea of what could be, and also as stated, I have no idea how servers work so I was just linking that for an idea of what it could look like. Thanks for your responses!

Add a job that allows players to fish in DarkRP for profit! make bait/lures cost money and the class comes with the rod. Possible advanced fishing methods, such as traps or mass catch nets rather than a single rod, these methods separated by level. possibly different types of rods as well, such as a crab catcher rather than a regular hook. Would make the beach area a little more populated, rather than downtown being constantly packed and then the rest of the map is dead and dry. +1 x 100 Woolley is one of the best fellas I’ve met on this server. He knows the rules well and isn’t a hassle to work with, fun guy to base with as well. If something needs done he gets it done. Also British, neat I think. At base value, as if I didn’t know you, paragraphs are appropriate in length, hours are wonderful, you listed reasons why you may act out of line at times, and then ways you control that and understand more serious or professional scenarios. You have had a massive impact on the community, just about everyone active knows you, and they don’t hate you. I would be surprised if you got negative from anyone here. You would be a great fit for the team and I love the idea of it. I’ll see you in game B)

There is a difference between a player who has little playtime and a player who has little "time playing" You are the second one. I haven't seen you with other members of the community except for sits, and haven't had a positive experience with you myself. maybe it's because I am in EST and you are in BST, but I have not seen you once. I played this server for a bit about 2 and a half years ago and didn't see you then either. Also, the fact that people had to tell you to read the staff rules really shows your lack of care. If you were a VIP mod then became inactive, whos to say you won't do that again. I do really appreciate the changes though, but the negatives still outweigh the positives. -1 and I don't think that'll change.

We are asking about warns here too, hence why it says "punishment" I'm leaving it -neutral- for now, but add your previous warns and it'll probably be positive from me, ok? Bare Minimum playtime is a bit of a problem for me, since i was accepted with low time. But I was accepted because I spent time and work on my app. I don't think this can even qualify as an attempt. -1 If you rewrite your app, I might change my answer.

ok, thank you for giving me the chance to take this step by step, I appreciate the help chief. here it is: Why should we choose you over other applicants? You should choose me over other applicants because I’m efficient and learn quickly, I’d be a decent help to the team.

Alright fellas, I’d be happy to make more changes to fit what you guys are looking for in my app, but I think I have it finally down and good. I’ve removed my third paragraph and rewrote it into my first and second. I removed some if not most of the unnecessary filler, the rest I didn’t deem as filler because they show why I want to be staff I also tweaked a few things to sound less like a stick up twat and more like what I actually am. A slightly less stuck up twat. I appreciate your fellas time and suggestions for changes, I hope I end up getting accepted no matter how many apps it takes.

To the few of you talking about my filler paragraphs. I didn’t intend for those to look like filler, my last app was rushed and stupid, I was told by almost everyone to beef up my paragraphs so my first thought was to use quotes from positive reviews to show what the other staff members think of me. If I kept with my short stupid paragraphs I wouldn’t be accepted no matter what, hence last time. My playtime was an issue to some people, and was stated as one of the reasons I was denied. My playtime is up and my paragraphs have more strength to them and are less of a list of garbage. Nothing I said was a lie and I see why you’d think they are, but all I said was true. If it would help to shorten and specify my paragraphs as well as write reasons relating to my skill rather than personality, I would be glad to do so. I appreciate the feedback and thank you for your time. EDIT: I revised my paragraphs and made them more realistic and to show more of my ability in the third paragraph. [minimum 2 paragraphs] The reason you, as staff and respectable members of the community, should choose me over others is as follows. On the server I staffed on before it was closed I met my quota, then some. Coming from me it might sound pretentious but I like to think the players of the server looked up to me and respected me for the work I did. I believe I played a role in the player base of that server staying mildly active by hearing people out and making sure I wouldn’t be taken advantage of by the players. I've had aspirations to staff on a high activity server (such as this one) for years upon years. I'd love to staff alongside people who have assisted me with trivial things all the way up to mass RDM reports, I really respect those in staff position and hope the same respect will be given to me if the consensus is to accept my application.
