    Just started my new job. @tdizz I've already talked to you about me going through training, but I've graduated and now am on the road. I'm going to be very busy for the first month or two and will not be able to play as much as I used to. I'll be around though gents and will help where I can. But I'm not able to do as much as I was for the next couple months.

    Thank you for making an appeal. I've script checked you after multiple reports via discord streaming along with seeing your task manager. This was two days ago, and I didn't find anything weird about you. Your spray looked like a player with 400 hours. I then had a head admin first person spectate you while I "Baited" you into shooting me. The result was not missing and no recoil on your Tommy. The first clip below shows no recoil on someone different. Without you knowing who it was tapping at you, you instantly assumed it was an admin. Your tommy spray dramatically changed from when I script checked you in UKN to when you were actually roaming. You either turned it off completely or change the settings of it. 

    Admins: Clips were taken by Tdizz is first person. Also shown to other admins before ban.

    I have served in the United States Marine Corps for 4 years and did 2 tours over seas to Iraq along with 12 other countries including Latvia (Show of force to russia) and in that time grew to become a family with many men and women. When I got out I felt as if a little part of my life was missing and the brotherhood aspect was gone. Though I stay in touch with them we don't talk nearly as much as we should. As corny as it sounds Garnet was a second home to me and the main reason I wanted to become a staff member was because of the team we had. The family of Garnet was amazing and something to look forward to every day. What happen to the key leadership of the team was wrong and should have been dealt with a different way. I have plenty of real life experience when it comes to being in charge of a group on people and be a team leader and the way these situations were handled were wrong. This is the reason I am stepping down. For the men and woman still on the team I wish you good luck and pray for your success. For @proggy and garnet, I hope and pray you guys solve things with the situation correctly and learn from this. Though you guys just ruined an amazing this I don't wish hate on anyone and wish you guys luck although you wronged @Lebron. I've served as a Human Resources Manager for multiple notable company's (including a company owned by the secretary of education for the United States of America) and understand how to fire and employ people on the highest level and what happened here today is wrong and not the way to do things.

    Michael Myers Admin Application

    Mr. Myers has been the first dude I talked to before joining the staff team. What I like most about him his he knows the difference between work and play. Talk about a dude that is dedicated to the staff team and myers fits that description perfectly. Haven't seen a day where he's not active and he's always doing the most. Lets not forget he's last month MOTM which is a great feat in the team. Very well deserving of admin and I hope the best for you myers as you have greatly impacted the staff team in a positive way.

    Business: Tdizz is one of the more active members on our staff team and is always doing what he can to help out and do what needs to be done. He shows that he learns from not only his mistakes but others as well. He's never toxic to others on the staff team and is always there to reach out a helping hand. Seems like (from my level's pov) that he knows his job and does it exceptionally well.

    Personal: Dudes a great friend of mine and I love playing with him. During our games he always puts staff work above advancing in our own game. Great dude and great staff member and I think he fits the role of admin 100%.
