[minimum 2 paragraphs] I believe you should choose me over other applicants because I have near 300 hours played on the server and during that time I have enjoyed every minute of it, within that time I have come in to contact with a lot of players, many of which are staff or higher-ups whom which have inspired and who were great role models, making me want to become staff myself. I generally believe that being on the server I've helped new players to understand the rules, build bases slowly get myself noticed within the community. I am very passionate to learn and understand new skills and developing myself as a person although sometimes it can be easy to give up when my mind takes a course elsewhere On the other hand, I can be very determined to put myself back on track.
