Lol, I think the basic diligence you should do before giving out a referral is saying "hey make sure you read the staff rules, and feel free to send me a copy of your app before you post to look over" I did this for every single one of my referrals. Not going to defend my minging a few months ago but honestly this staff app is genuinely terrible and if I was still a staff member who had given my referral to it I would be embarrassed. I entirely agree a ref is given on in game personality and behavior but I have never seen someone that I thought should be staff then submit an application like this. MRP was also a hardcore role-play server DRP is not haha, I obv wasn't given any extended ban and I play to have fun now so my embarrassment over it is actually 0.

If I was staff still I would be embarrassed if this was the app of someone I referred. -1 No effort put in at all not even a couple sentences let as well 2 paragraphs.

This is just cope, There should be a level requirement similar to mugging maybe 20+. There should be logs so its extremely easy to see how long someone was kidnapped for. Kidnapping is something that I am very confident would have a lot longer of an enjoyment period than 2 hours.

Yah Garnet can fine tune the rules tbf, just the general principal is sufficient I feel, we wouldn't even know how the tool would work.

You can view it this way, you got to spend 4 extra minutes on the server when you should have been banned. I think the concept of punishment stacking is obviously bad if you are reported for RDM you then get jailed after getting unjailed you RDM 2 more times the same person reports you for mass, this obviously shouldn't be additive and then be a ban for mass. BUT when there is a legitimate mass rdm that just was missed for like 20 seconds while I was checking the clip this is just totally different. As a staff member I think trying to get unbanned from a loophole like this is in bad taste. To be fair as well the only reason it was missed was because you just straight up admitted to RDM so I didn't check it for another second to see what happened.

The same people who are upset by cracker are the ones who just want to say the n word.

There was no re-report. after you were returned I instantly said let me check my clip he may have massed. There was never two reports filed. You are also a staff member and should just know better. In the clip you can see all three people and then in the top right as I am dead see the deaths. You also instantly say "the most well deserved kill ever" seems like you have changed your mind on that.

And usually those exceptions are for those who have proved themself mature and can do the basics to represent some sense of professionalism. Misspelling, sentences that arent english, and low play time are not at all going to help you.
