(include any proof): what happened was it was 5-10 ish minutes before reset that night i was killing my friends eXg Kira, Sauce Slimsy and we were just massing each other we are all good friends and we had no problem with killing each other and we were ok with just killing each other and we each no problem with the massing that was occuring. Why should your ban be removed?: I think that i should have my banned reduced or removed because the ban seems unfair given the situation from when i was banned. I understand that i was breaking the rules and i was breaking the rules with eXg Kira and Sauce Slimsy from massing each other but we all agreed on it that it was ok that the 3 of us in the circle were fine with this. The admin that reported us todd banned me and sauce slimsy for mrdm which i think is unfair. From the moment of the ban i was afk for the rest of the night after reset and i was banned without any way for me to defend myslef that is my first reason. The second reason why i think that i should be unbanned is because the three of us had no problem with killing each other and if one of us did have a problem one of us would have reported one another for the mass. From the situation given i believe that me getting banned without me being there for the ban and not defending myself in the report is lowkey unfair. I also am to believe that todd took the report as a self report which is not allowed in the situation and had banned me. I am one to compensate if someone had a problem and no one had a problem in the situation. I believe that todd specifaclly targeted me and slimsy for the ban one because slimsy is in sauce and todd had received hate from the clan in this case todd banned slimsy because of the hate of sauce clan given to him. i am believed that i was banned because todd doesnt like me what so ever and it seems lowkey sorry for my language in a report/appeal but lowkey seems bullshit that he lets kira slide and it just gets both of us banned. I have nothing against kira and it just seems that the banned that i received along with slimsy is not fair. I was not there to compensate for the three people if they had a problem with the mass situation, it seems that me and slimsy were specifcally targeted given the sitaution of the ban, and it seems as if that todd self reported and made the ban even with the proof it still seems iffy. This is why i think that i should be unbanned thank you for the staff and the people taking the time to read and hear my story. - i am still willing to compensate if theres a problem with the other two players :).

Although in the clip I was only breaking RDM and not NLR if I was breaking NLR then Diego Zavier was also breaking NLR as he is much closer to my base than I am to mine I was across the street you can see that he is breaking nlr and by the over advert in the clip. For the third rule that i broke was not even told to me during the sit i was only accused of NLR and RDM.Why should your ban be removed?: I should be removed from my ban because i was not breaking NLR as NLR is known to be near the raiding area that includes inside the base and the sidewalk of the base Clearly you can see that i was across the street from my base the entire clip as well as the raid. I think I should be apart of the community as I am a extravert type of person. I like helping new people and teaching them how things work and love being apart of the community and like having fun with people a prime example of someone that I have helped grow from the start and I had been a influence to is Vuluxerus . Another thing why I think I should apart of the staff team is that I have been playing gmod for some time now since my birthday of January 26 of this year and have received gmod since then and have played only on this server and have spent every day since then playing almost everyday all day. Since that time I have met incredible higher ups and awesome people. These people took me under there wing and have helped me become the person I am today. The majority of those people are staff today and still are the awesome people they are and have pushed me a little to start to become a staff and I decided that I would like to help the community that I surround myself everyday! I feel like I would also like to note that I have a ton of experience socializing with people throughout my entire life. I have both my parents owning two different family owned businesses. My dad having a mechanic shop. And my mom having a clothing business. Both of these jobs that I do daily with both my parents help me meet all sorts of people for example; my dads shop brings in older people from way back and I meet and get to know them and know how there life was and what it was living like them in the past and what they did and this helps me understand where these people come from. As for my moms business she brings in modern adults, young kids and kids my age as well and I get to socialize with them and get to know the type of person they are and what there generation and there experiences are like from there stories. And apart of this I have volunteered for community service hours and have a total of 900+ hours for my local community that I have served. Overall I think I could be a suitable member and help the community grow and teach others from right to wrong with the team. Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? Yes I have been banned once for mass rdm for two weeks but then had the ban changed to 2days instead and the reasoning changed to: Chill out and come back in a few days. This had happened because I let my emotions get to me because of a incident that accrued which most I've told to already to staff about the story and after my ban when I came back I apologized to all of those that supported me and tried talking to me to settle things before my ban and gave them a big thanks for the chance that they gave me for my ban and promised to never do it again.
