  1. In-game name: AFSOC CCMSgt WolfSteamID (https://steamid.io/): STEAM_0:1:38307450Staff members in-game name: MaoStaff members SteamID (/id (name): STEAM_0:0:612376101Date & Time of incident: 1/26/22 8:50PM Timezone: ESTWarn Reason: RDM What happened? (include any proof): I was discussing matters with one of my fellow members regarding in faction situations during war, but as we entered the generalized area, I saw one of my superior being what was seemingly a random kidnapping, when I walked over there was no words being said regarding it, in my eyes it looked like an officer abusing their abilities and simply taking one of my superiors, due to the negelent behavior I opened fired and removed the threat, he was then dragged away by MARSOC for no reason other then pleasure I assume. I followed them for a while until they finally released him, by that point I was pulled into a sit by one 1LT Dabs who claimed I RDM'd him. Then began to talk about my rank and how I'm not above the rule, which made no sense and came across as rather disrespectful. He then claimed he spoke to "us" already yesterday(I worked all day yesterday and was not on.), when I explained that he said its my superiors faults for not telling me and still doesn't justify the situation. Ultimately, I told Mao I understand what he's saying and simply will take the warn, because I had full intentions on appealing on the forums rather then listen to an non-staff member try to lecture me about integrity in a staff sit. Why should your warn be removed?: Two wrongs do not make a right, kidnapping a superior officer without saying a word and claiming it was because they RDM'd is unbecoming both on the level of a player and as 11A officer. Furthermore, to address someone in a demeaning way during a staff chat and make comments regarding rank and status when it has nothing to do with the matter is rather disrespectful. I petition for redaction of my warn as the reasoning that there was no way for me to possibly know they had some form of insane, clandestine motive to kidnaped one of my superiors in a sick sense of vigilante justice.
  2. I agree with Kurtle, events seem a little same-y and they require a lot of SF presence, which is rare. Otherwise, I see a lot of potential, and I'm not just saying that because your an actor on my campaign, but because you seem to have a good head on your shoulder. Hope to see you on the GM team!
  3. +1 I’m on the fence here, a lot of your ideas are very interesting, and your application carries a formal sway to it. Which is my driving factors towards recommending regardless if I know you personally. But, I do have to ask, do you have any US experience? I love the playtime, but I don’t know if I’ve ever seen you on that end. I don’t have intentions of putting a -1, as I don’t agree with having to be verified on both ends for GMs, but it’s for my personal curiosity.
  4. -1 Love you as a person, it’s good to see you around the server, but I insist that you restructure your application to make it a bit neater. I’m a strong believer in applications being a show of face for a person’s professional skills. It’s what you present to the world. I would say with a restructure of your app, and describing more of your positive traits, I’d consider switching my review.
  5. -1 First and foremost, better organize your app, this is the face you show the community. If your app is disorganized, so will be your events. Your events reflect you and a GM, and I see a lack of creativity. Take a step, breath, and think about what you want to represent in the story you make. -posted on my IPhone 69 Pro Max
  6. I understand you concern, and in your shoes I'd feel the same way! It's weird I haven't seen you often, I try to be on every day ever since I joined. I can assure you i'll be 200 hours by the end of the week Hope that alleviates at least a little of your worry.
  7. I appreciate your recommendation greatly, without you and Python I would never have even considered applying!
  8. Thank you so much! I hope I can continue to impress!
  9. Thank you for the advice! I agree completely with what you are saying, I've talked with Jake and he mentioned the same thing. I am not familiar with RU, and I do strive to participate more with them when able to. I'll be spending the next few days primarily on RU to get an understanding with them and also so I can get that "clout". As for the events, those two parts are separated events, one being WEEK 1 the other being WEEK 2. This is an oversight on my editing process and apologies. Regardless, I am more then happy to add another event from my list. Please give me a minute or so to edit it.
  10. In-game name SrA Colt “Wolf” Winters Age 22 SteamID (https://steamid.io) STEAM_0:1:38307450 Warns 0 Timezone US EST|UTC-5 Playtime 114h [Permission from Jake to apply] Do you have access to TeamSpeak and a microphone YES Do you have the ability to record Garry's Mod videos YES Referral(s): [What gamemaster recommended you to apply?] A Zqrxz/Diana Python Past experiences as a Game Master [GMOD] Wildfyre Networks SWRP - Jr. GM. Chronet DARKRP - Event Planner Insidious SWRP - GM [FIVEM] StealthRP Sr GM - Military Events, Police Events. DankRP Head GM - Military Events, Police Events. EchelonRP Head GM - Military Events, Police Events. Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs] My primary advantage over my fellow applicants is my actual military experience. I feel this allows me to make accurate events that could add a sense of realism to the server. While I understand 11B does need to partake in stories, I also understand they (at a lower level) would not find interest in stealth operations or other similar events as much as SOCOM would. Hence why I plan on making two separate events at the same time to appease both types. While this may seem extra work, it is no more than simply creating a supporting story. I explain this so that peers can understand I enjoy creating more large scale events. I enjoy story building as it's something I’ve enjoyed doing since I was young. I’ve had experience hosting events across different servers , and I've been a game master of a multitude of different games. As mentioned above I have hosted events for Star Wars RP Servers and even FiveM servers. I love to make enjoyable characters that players can partake with, and build up to climactic events that change the demeanor of a story. I feel events should be connected to one another to build a story together for players to enjoy. Finally, and what I see as most vital, is that fact I love to connect all my events together to make one larger plotline that can be followed along from beginning to end. I feel players get more interested when they feel their actions have the ability to change something greater. Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details No, and I will keep it that way. How much time do you have to contribute to the role? I’d like to host a total minimum of 52 days in the span of 12 months. I already have a planned out campaign for that amount of days but can make smaller events as I go along. In your own words, what are the responsibilities of a Gamemaster? A Gamemaster’s general purpose is to provide an experience that players would find enjoyable. This includes not only events but the creation of characters, stories, and a world that players can be immersed in. A Gamemaster in accordance with Garnet Gaming is also a vital part of the team, creating events for peacetime to help maintain server population and entertainment. Describe how you would contribute to RP as a part of the Gamemaster team I can contribute as both a dedicated actor to an event or as a sub-GM if needed to ease the burden of my fellow GMs. I am also more than happy to storyboard with fellow gm’s and create intertwined stories. Please list and explain 3 unique event ideas designed for only your faction to take part in: Operation: Slumbering Tyrant [PART 1 OF O:ST|WEEK 1] -This will serve as an introduction to Shade Embers, Black Echelon PMC, and CIA Operative “Langley”. A patrol from the US, most likely SOCOM with a support team from 11B to go take care of some insurgents is met with said insurgents already dead by a BE SF Team known as “Seventh Seraphim”. Communications are established between BE and US. As soon as that happens the CIA SAD Taskforce “Gremlin” gets involved. [PART 2 OF O:ST|WEEK 2] -Operations involve joint operations with PMCs against an insurgent group called “Amni-halsad” that seems to be using rather advanced tech. The RU are suspected of supplying them. US will begin investigating the EMB for more information on local events and by dealing with local government. Things will result in a dead end until BEPMC uses aggressive diplomacy to get the information. US then must protect the EMB as it is attacked by “Amni-halsad” insurgents on technicals. Ends with a rooftop EVAC of Local Government leader and BE. US fights until the siege ends a few minutes later. Helicopter is reported as crashed and the Local Government are reported dead by the BE survivors. Operation: HIGH GARDEN [PART 1 OF O:HG|WEEK 5] -Langley suspects Embers has bad intentions and has been tasked with surveillance, FOB Omega gets assigned to him to assist with any necessary preparations as well as investigations later on. US will be getting equipment, preparing squads, and learning to create OPORDS for O:HG. This is a support phase that will deal with training on interacting with locals, “Hearts and Minds”, and other basic aspects of being a soldier. As this goes on SOCOM will receive more detailed information on what the CIA's intentions are with Black Echelon, as well as Dr.Shade Embers. Operation: Aggravated Titan [PART 3 OF O:AT|WEEK 11] US SOCOM will support Special Agent “Langley” as he steals important information from a Black Echelon Headquarters set up at the Embassy. It is a quiet infiltration to steal a USB from the center of EMB and evac by land vic. Langley cannot be killed during this. The surrounding area will have guards and indications of where they are facing. Socom will go in as an element and must figure out the best way to enter from previously gathered intelligence. As they do this they will be supported by an MQ-9 Reaper UAV from above on an observation mission. If the mission goes awry, SOCOM is to retreat to village and blend in with civilians until the heat dies down. Please list and explain 1 unique global event idea designed for the entire server to take part in: Operation: HIGH GARDEN [PART 2 OF O:HT|WEEK 6] US speaks to villages and the embassy workers about BE activity, and discovers a possible black site. 11B will be focused on sending out patrols to investigate nearby areas to speak with elders. Civilians will be posted at GS, Vil, Emb, and Ship. Each patrol team will get one humvee and collect info from the Elder at each spot. Each Elder will have a different bit of information that describes a location for a black site. RU will be doing the same and collecting the same info. RU and US are NOT to engage one another in combat, but are assumed hostile and to keep difference. First to the Blacksite with the proper information will get the Black Echelon sensitive information inside.
