Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs] I believe I would be a pretty good fit for the staff team because I know when I need to be mature, serious and when it's time to have fun and joke around. I used to be staff on Garnet MilRP 2x and I've been through the situations where people are toxic or when people are just rude so I know how to handle these situations and how to approach said players without them going off on myself or the player making the report. The biggest reason I'd say to choose me over the rest is because of my age and time in server overall, I've been around since 2017/2018 and I know what I'm doing when it comes to staffing and being apart of the server as a staff member.
I know that being a staff member means not only upholding the rules of the server but also being apart of the community and communicating with the community to find out if there's anything we could do better or if there's a staff member messing up. I think I should be chosen over the rest of the applicants because I won't question higher ups, I won't abuse my perms, and I own my mistakes. If I mess up I will find out what exactly I did and if need be find out what I could do to not mess up next time. I plan on helping as much as I can in anyway I can, weather that be training, staffing, or just lending a helping hand to the community when necessary.

I would like to transfer the following classes as a one time thing from US to Tali, I don't play US anymore and only am on Afghan. The following classes are: US Elite: Ghillie to Afghan Elite: Recon and US Elite: Riot to it's equal for Afghan Elite. I asked a staff if this was possible and they weren't exactly sure due to it being Donations etc. I think this should be allowed as a one time thing, thank you and have a wonderful day.

+1 I would like to see this change happen, DEVGRU needs a class as something to work for along with something to be noticed instead of oh he's got DEVGRU in his name oh well, plus Tactical isn't used by the SEALs very much.

I was at east gate of US FOB and a 2GA was at the gate, myself and a few others ( a DF and a Army ) walked out to speak with him and I bound him stripped him of his weapons and comms then took him into the US War Room, put him in a corner and interrogated him, he told us about a 2GA "Commander" named Paul, he also mentioned a SNS named Johnny. This soldier also attempted to become a spy for the US but was terminated after the interrogation.

Why do you plan on benefiting our server? (100 words minimum)Over the past 8 or 9 months almost a year that I've been here I have developed a bond with a lot of the players on the server staff included. I consider a lot of the SEALs and Staff family I respect all of them and they respect me, I like to help the community as best as I can and when someone needs some help with something in-game that I believe I can help out with then I help them to the best of my ability, when I see someone who is about to RDM or break another rule I inform them that they can't do that and they would be warned or worse if they do it.
When I was staff on here before I made a lot of friends with the community helping them as best as I could and I was very unbiased in my opinion. The community enjoyed me as a staff member and when I left I had a lot going on but it's all fixed now. I will not be leaving GarnetGaming unless I get banned for whatever reason.

Ching I would like to ask you a question before I +1/-1. With you being the GM of a restaurant, going to school, and maintaining a 4.0 GPA while being at the top of your class ( which I'm sure is hard to do ). How can you commit 20+ hrs to the server? No disrespect by this question I'm just confused on how you'd have the time to make the hrs commitment you stated above.
