Shin used to love DarkRP, I can’t believe he is gone forever.

Saint, you have been part of the community for a long time now, and to hear that vile language is heart breaking. We just banned another regular not too long ago for a similar occurrence. Apex is not in the wrong here, as we take any threat seriously and what you said was utterly disgusting. Unfortunately the ban will stay.
Edit: I could have shortened it after some thought, but it has came to my attention that you attempted to evade the ban as well. We have given leeway to toxic behaviour, but we do not give any leeway to ban evading.

Players can traverse across the map with the right perks at Mach 12 gorillian, all sense of realism is thrown out the window. Plus it would just be annoying.

This was a ban with no previous warns beforehand. There's the whole "bans may be issued without a warn" but even then so it should have been at most two weeks or so if not a warn at the least, unless there is something that I'm missing, since he got banned when I was first on the scene. Unlike the last ban appeal, this appeal has some sort of sincerity to it, and also was not written during some steamy hot drama. I believe the absence of a certain someone may have something to with it. And yeah, Mildly Spicy got unbanned sometime in November, and the two bans are similar in nature.
Forgot to mention this, but he also donated for VIP, he cares for the server in some way or another.

I'm glad you decided to look into my suggestion, unfortunately, the whole situation is too far gone. Even if you were unaware that the person you were family sharing with logged onto the server, you are still the primary root for that account, thus, you were indirectly ban evading. Let this be a life lesson going forward in regards to being responsible for what other people do with your account information. I'm sorry, but the ban is staying.

This could be an issue that you might want to delve deeper in. The General Shephard account may sound unrecognizable to you, but it has other aliases.
Someone could have created another account using your root one. Talk to the people you are aware of having access to your account. Unfortunately as it stands, you are banned for ban evasion.

Because the PD has such narrow corridors compared to actual bases, I think that there should be less props placed by the mayor (somewhere between 1/2 - 3/4 of what the max prop limit is) and the inability to place keypads. Other than that I wouldn’t mind.

I am confirming my referral here. I reached out to Supurupa if he wanted to staff due to him having multiple hours on the server as well as having a clean ban record. He is really familiar of the rules and friendly to other players. He is already in the TTT Discord as well. Would make an excellent addition to the team.

Failed to read the staff rules. When applying you should meet all prerequisites. You failed to reach the minimum playtime of 12 hours
- Have a /playtime of 12 hours or more across our servers
Please reapply when you have the minimum amount of hours.
We are always looking for new staff though, here’s a few tips for your next application.
- Join the TTT Discord
- Be active around multiple staff members for a better impression
- Improve behaviour (I’ll take John’s word for it and say that this last one shouldn’t be an issue)
