so i was doing gmod stuff walking around bothering ppl, i walked up and found a kid who was easily annoyed he told me he was gonna report me and i said go ahead as bothering somebody isnt aganst the rules, so we get into the sit and the admin says i cant do anything, then the guy gets his friend whos an admin to try and basically tell me to stop and that is was now harrasment, like no its not im not steam messaging him im not doing anything to him other than just calling him names and messing with him so after i tell him no he rdmed me
