[minimum 2 paragraphs] I have a lot of experience on this server being staff before and just by playing it regularly and meeting all the new people. Garnet's given me a clear path to meeting and getting to know some great people just by playing on this server and I want to help any players feel the same way. Ever since I started playing on this server I've gotten to know the community very well and I've gone out of my way to help new and old players with anything they need. As a staff member I know that I have the ability to take reports with the ease of leaving both parties with a good level of understanding after. I know all of the rules and regularly check the motd to make sure I'm up to date on any changes added to it. This will help me get through my sits quicker while at the same time knowing exactly what to do. In my opinion, if I had to choose a main goal for wanting to be staff is to be a part and help out with the server as it grows so I can contribute any sort of ideas to help out the server. As just a regular player I never pass up a newcomer with any questions regarding basing, raiding or anything in the server if they are unsure about it Something I know I will have with my reports as all staff should have is an up beat attitude with no bias towards either side, with the reports I take I would like both people leaving satisfied or at least understanding everything throughout the sit. I would love to be part of the staff team again because the people already on it are great people and knowing already most of them I'd love to meet the rest and become friends too. I love showing people new things and even thinking of them myself. I would love to get back onto the staff team and help the server that has helped me. With my past experience I've already learned how to react in any report or staff related incident. As I should as staff, I will make sure to take every report calmly and collectively making sure I make no slip ups in the middle of it. Also, I am usually on very late at night, sometimes until restart, and I've seen that there aren't too many staff on during those hours so I will be happy to help out anyone in need during those less active times.
