+1 I have had many interactions with jashmeed and they have all been positive. He has a good balance of when to be serious and when to goof off a bit and have fun. Additionally, Jashmeed has been very active and is quite well known throughout AFG. However, as others stated, he isn't that well known within US, so it wouldnt hurt to hop on US occasionally and get to know more people there.

I haven't had any bad interactions with you. from what I've seen, there is nothing to suggest he wouldn't make a good staff member. could beef your paragraphs up a bit on how you are actually going to benefit the server. doing tryouts and training is great but its also a responsibility of having a leadership position. 1 more solid idea and i would change to a +1 Edit: Change to +1
