But some more in-depth elaboration of these characters skill sets would be helpful in pinpointing how they act, as a "casual but very deadly person" isn't bad for a generalization, but what exactly is it that he may have done in the past or is known to be good at specifically that makes him deadly while giving his persona a casual aura, you know? In your own words, create a character that you would play as on your own faction. 18B SFC Eric Stahlsworth, transferred from his unit in Thailand to Afghanistan. I would play Eric as an intelligence expert, specialized in gather information from enemy forces through disguises and stakeouts. In an event, Eric would be tasked with gather information on some high-ranking officers in AFG through infiltration, whether that be disguised or by hiding, with a four-man team of SOC members scouting out around the base insuring he isn't caught, while communicating with their radio systems. There could be many outcomes obviously with different situations, if Eric is caught on his way out of the base, while he is in the base, or even if he makes it out with no issues. Maybe he was found out and a tracker was placed on him? There could be many ways to display the story depending on how each person interprets their own role in the event. In your own words, create a character that you would play as on your enemy faction. (I am, and always have been unfamiliar with AFG ranks, so apologies for that.) I would play a higher ranking officer on the AFG side, a diplomat named Abdul Massoud. Abdul would be meeting with a higher-ranking officer or official from the US side in one of the various sections of the map, however it may all go awry when one of two options happens; the US side wipes out the diplomats men or the AFG side wipes out the US with a suicide bombing, killing the diplomat and everyone else in the area. Abdul has been an AFG soldier since he was a young boy, experiencing all there has been to being an AFG soldier. Because of this, he has respect from the other officers in AFG, but the enlisted do not trust him as he tends to be abusive to his subordinates.

Absolutely correct! Again as stated I am mostly using this application to get my name around in conjunction with being on the server. The last time I was a Staff member for the server was back in 2019 so my knowledge on the commands is rusty. I expect nothing but this application to be denied as I used it as a means of networking outside of the server whilst I spend my time in events and on the server with other players. The first time I applied I was Accepted, I have some old players I know that could vouch for my time as Staff. More than anything, this Staff application is to serve as a way of me putting my foot in the door, I plan on participating in any and all server activities I can when I am on. Thank you. Communication with the GM's, AFSOC and Server Manager are key as to make sure that Event Times are certain and the amount of players attending the event can be organized. Communicatin with all previously listed also gives proper notice so that available Staff Members may be found to help moderate any Server Event if needed. A Gamemaster must have the time and commitment to regularly be working on Events so that they are properly set up for any upcoming event. If this is not done then the Event may not be enjoyable for the players. Working as a Gamemaster means that you are working for the morale of the community so that it doesn't stay so bland and stagnant and so that players don't get bored with doing the same thing over every day. Working on the Server Events means giving players more reason to play GGMRP other than trying to get into one of the top factions and trying to make as high a rank as possible. Being a Gamemaster it should be mandatory that you regularly communicate with the community and even hold polls so that you may know what exactly the playerbase wants and so that you may build on it as best as possible. Mostly, being a Gamemaster is working to please the Garnet Community with fun new activities. Describe how you would contribute to RP as a part of the Gamemaster team: As stated in my two paragraphs I would contribute to RP by working with the team to regularly hold Server Events for the playerbase to attend and making sure that these Events are properly advertised throughout the community, I would make sure that these events would help play into the servers main theme. I will hold weekly events on the main MRP server with small rewards for the MRP playerbase during downtime so that the players have more to do than just train recruits, host Sims and run Kill House. Explain your single most creative idea for contributing to the RP environment of the server: [1 paragraph minimum] At the moment my most creative idea could be some what of a large POI (Person of Interest) game wherein the players who join the event are tasked to play on one of two sides, US and RU. One side is picked to hold and protect a POI that is pertinent to the other sides development or their place in the war, and the other side it tasked with creating a plan to infiltrate their enemies FOB, remove the POI and bring them back to a getaway vehicle or another base. Either one works. Please list and explain 5 unique event ideas of any scale: [Be sure to include any additional context that may be necessary to your explanation] 1. During War Downtime I could hold a small event on the main MRP server for "Knife Hide and Seek". To do this I would bring the server members who are attending the event to a claimed area with a lot area to use (such as Town) provide each player with a temporary knife and choose a seeker, then let all of the other participants loose to hid in the area. 2. An idea for a large event on the event server would be a racing event. We could download the quadbike addon, create a large dirt racing path and hold a US v.s. RU quad race where the winning team could get a single day server boost. 3. Another fun small event would be a wartime event where both US and RU members are speed boosted and each player is given a temporary firearm that can kill anyone with one shot which they will lose once they die. 4. Trump and Putin event, during downtime we could have two specialized classes for a weekly event, Trump and Putin, and the task for both factions (RU and US) would be to protect their Countries Leader and make sure they aren't captured. If either countries leader is taken Hostage then one of two things can happen, either that country can take their leader back and receive War Assistance, or the country who can keep their enemies leader as a Hostage (it must be within the confines of their base) until war starts will get War Assistance as a winning perk. 5. Holiday Party Events, on Holidays we could hold small events between War in the middle of the map which play out like Parties where people can play small games that are set up to win things like in-game cash, points, and have a single large winning like the Orsis or a Knife for a larger party game (obviously this will have one winner so that not a whole lot is just given away) and most people will leave the event with at least a little more than they had on the server than before the event started.

I have been a Head Admin on this server alone, as well as a Marketing Manager and then a full blown Server Manager on Diamond MRP (a server that no longer exists as the Owner did not have the time to keep the server going). I have many hours of Staff experience and many hours of organization and leadership within MRP servers.
