Description : Tehrik e Taliban Pakistan (TTP) is our suggestion for a Taliban donor faction. Tehrik e Taliban Pakistan is a, Pakistani based, Taliban aligned faction that assisted the Taliban in the multiple conflicts against the US and Afghan militaries. The TTP is based in South Waziristan and has three central goals: to enforce Shariah law in Pakistan to support the Afghan Taliban's control in Kabul after the U.S. withdrawal of forces and to conduct defensive jihad against Pakistani security forces. Reasoning : Reasoning for adding the faction as a donor faction would allow Taliban main players to purchase the donor faction and be able to run the faction if they wish to do so. Not only this, but it will of course greatly benefit the server as far as an increase in donations. Furthermore, adding a donor faction could give increased interest to Taliban as a whole, as there has not been a donor faction since RU. We find Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan to be one of the better fitting Taliban aligned factions as it is a real faction, and actually fought with the Taliban in Afghanistan.

How do you plan on benefiting our server? [minimum 2 paragraphs]
I plan to benefit the server by being a great role model for the new people that join the server, showing them around and how everything works. I would love to help out during tryouts, sims, etc. I have been playing on the server for a while now and know all of the rules, and all day there are mingy recruits that join and mess around. To make this server a great experience for everyone, I plan to make sure that the rules of the server and rp rules are understood by everyone and enforced. I'm also on the server a lot more during the later parts of the day when there is like one staff on or some are afk, so I would love to take care of some stuff in those times and relieve some stress off of the other staff members.
I think I have some great qualities that would benefit me in this position. I'm very observant, I pay attention to my surroundings, I'm a quick learner. When taking a sit, I will listen to both sides of the story and not just make a biased decision. I have seen this happen to countless people on other servers, they just get banned by some power hungry mod. Of Course it's understandable that most new players will make mistakes, and as a staff member I would inform them of what they are doing and how it is against the rules. I think everyone deserves a second chance and everyone has the right to prove their innocence. All in all I want to make this server a great experience for everyone.

Proof of Ban: i dont record my games
What happened? (include any proof):so apparently I did a 180 2-3 times in a row and killed someone out of render, I would like a response dont have to show clips because you guys are going to say clips cant be seen by the public. I just want a response on why i got banned off of 1 or 2 clips.
Why should your ban be removed?: because i am not cheating, not much else to say as i do not record my gameplay.
