First of all I am willing and able to be an active and dedicated Staff Member. I am a honest person, I often give people a second chance and try to view situations from both sides of the people who get involved. While still trying to resolve any situation best I can while being fair to others. I try to be friends with everyone I encounter and try to have a good experience. I along with many others are looking to have a fun time on the server and I would feel valuable to help protect that from any problems that may arise. Overall I consider myself a pretty good role-player and a friendly individual. I have played the server for a very long time and I know a lot about the rules and know a lot about just plain common sense, and this in my opinion would help me be a more than good Staff Member. (include any proof): I want to report Maddox for an improper and unfair sit. When I was brought to the sit Maddox only told me that I did NLR as shown in the video. Rather than explain to me more why I was in the sit, he and Fetn proceeded to talk in discord and keep me out of my own sit. Once they had finished talking on discord I was banned for NITRP without even being told I was going to be banned and why. No one let me explain my side of everything and I was not given any warns nor did I have any prior warns. The video I provided shows the whole sit from my eyes.

Ah so that explains why you and Fetn talked on discord without me and you never explaining to me why I was banned. Oh yeah no warns either

(include any proof): I was returning to my base prior to a raid. I entered into my base through a secret door I had that I used for a quick way in that I only used when there was no raid happening. After entering my base I was greeted with a bullet through my head due to Fetn. After being brutally murdered I checked chat to see if there was a raid happening but I never saw any of the sorts from Fetn. When I was killed I also noticed Fetn was no clipping around my base. Once spawned back in I continued to /report Fetn for rdm. Since I noticed he was no clipping I proceeded to exit the game to start recording. Once I came back to the game I was in a sit with Maddox and Fetn. Maddox never explained what happened and him and Fetn proceeded to TALK ON DISCORD while keeping me unaware of what was happening. Once they finished the call Maddox banned me for 4 day while not explaining and never giving any warnings (as shown on video). The video attached above shows the whole sit from my eyes and proof I was banned. Why should your ban be removed?: Fetn was no clipping. I never received any warns. No one explained to me the situation. They kept the conversations away from me in discord. This ban is just ridiculous and this was so obviously admin abuse on both parts. Fetn was noclipping off duty (I have no proof) and they had the conversations without me. Personally I think Maddox and Fetn should be demoted from their roles and I should be unbanned.

My last app i had edited and it was denied before anyone could reply. And my playtime and money was reset since August. Today I jave been on for more that 5 hours.

I feel as if these are the qualities every member of staff should have. As of recent i have seen a vast increase of players on the server and with a bunch of new players coming in it is almost guaranteed that they will break rules. I feel as if i could help out in that kind of situation a lot. Another point is I know how annoying it is if someone broke a rule and killed you and there is a shortage of staff on and it takes forever for someone to take your sit. I feel if i could reduce that time it would be a great help to the community. In conclusion I think I should be hired as staff because the Garnet community is a very great community and it would be a huge privilege if i was able to moderate the server to keep everyone happy. My objectives are you to improve the servers moderation and the players to give them a more welcoming and enjoyable experience in the server. I play DarkRP everyday and never play on any other gamemode. I started playing Garnet around july last year and have seen a lot of its changes since then. I am able to follow the rules and take orders well. I can respect everyone equally and be open about others opinions. I can enforce the rules and ensure players understand where they went wrong if they break the rules so they and everyone else can have a better experience on the server and improve the environment.
