Definitely, I completely understand what you mean. First off, I really appreciate your genuine constructive criticism. With that in mind, I do want to share that in sits I have often stated or requested for maximum punishment when I am being trolled by that player on multiple occasions or have had a history with said player. In times that I have done it to a low level I do apologize. Thank you again.

I would not have an issue with a name change. And I typically do not type and use mic 9 times out of 10. I do appreciate the constructive criticism though. Thank you.

I don’t hear myself getting toxic at all. This seems like a rather mundane, typical sit, with one case of a player RDM’ing multiple people. The other case was someone raiding then typing raid over. The only person upset about this whole interaction during the video was non other than drypitachip himself. I rest my case on this videos level of reported toxicity.

I have been in a sit on my end for accidental RDM on this server due to crossfire in a tunnel. It was resolved with just a verbal; as the player caught in the crossfire acknowledge that it was indeed an accident. Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: I have not made any former applications. How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: I play an average of 35 hours a week; I do have a job at Verizon and work a full time job but I am on literally every moment I can there after my job. If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod? I am at work most of my time. Outside of my job I play video games with my fiancé, go on hikes, love dinning out (I consider that a hobby) and frequent other outdoor activities with said fiancé. Edit: This was not a batter or deal. It was just a very biased move on the staffers behalf considering all the issues that have been happening between Machines and I.

That's funny because I was told to report this on here via another staff member. They stated that it was DIRECTLY against the rules to make such justifications.

Just a question. But how is any of your statements credible when other staff members are favoring other players (refer to my newest thread). This is why these forums are not even fair. The same person that handled it answers the forum. Nice. Thank you, P1ss_Puppy

A fail rp was taken place when my money box was taken by Machines. At which he admitted to his fail RP and I request that he be warned and jailed. At that instance we were brough back to the downtown square and he bartered with the staff. During this barter he said you can just take away the warning and just jail me. At which the staff did just that. With all of that being said Machines also admitted that he was one fail rp away from being banned which this in terms saved him because of his barter. Per my last forum post on these discrepancies it is absurd to see a staff member blatantly take one persons side over the other. Please advise.

Machines made a base that was un-radiable. Specifically, when I raided it; it was missing a keypad in the third door. At which I reported the mistake and NoobForce TP'd me to a sit with Machines. After approximately 20 minutes of me having to show proof; Noob deemed it as just a mistake and non offendable error. At which no warning was applied to Machines and was reutrned. Shortly later my party member (Tom Bradey #BlitzForSix) was RDM'd by Machines. I was brought into said sit. During this sit Noob had to review the following footage of the RDM that I was forced to upload to YouTube. This was then deemed as just a warning offense according to NoobForce. At which Noob sent back Machines to where he was raiding Machine and held Tom Brandley and I for Machiens to continue raiding. During this you can observer that Tom was requesting to go back immediately to defend said raid. At which it was too late. NoobForce has stated that he did everything in his power and punished Machines to the full extent which is not true because I have seen many individuals on this server prosecuted and jailed for less. Another instance of his "keypad missing mistake" has taken affect as of 1/20/21 at 2:58 P.M. the keypad was missing AGAIN. Not only have I stated and proven all of these events a plethora of times but this staff manager has made the playing experience on this server unbearable and has clearly favored a single player on this server more than that of every player.
