I gather the original ban, the point was getting fair punishment for me and the other guy. You could argue ltap to a small extent, but my ban is almost over so there is no point in talking about this.

When banks or places with printers get raided, they are often farmed for a while, and then broken. I personally think that If you steal from the printers, then you should not be able to break them. By doing this you would allow banks to be able to recover from raids much more easily, and make them not have to pay out a massive amount of cash for being raided by practically invincible players. I'd like to hear how people think about this, and whether or not you'd like to see it in game.

You said you were going to ban me before i jumped off the roof and was toxic, also, he brought guns every time to kill you all, i only brought them once, and was insta-headshot. If you want to bring up the toxicity, then at least mention it accurately. I never called you a "dumbass" cussing is beneath me. I only jumped off once, and when I asked for a second staff members opinion you declined so I personally asked him. You really are spinning this to make me look like a terrible no good human being, even after apologizing and saying what I did was wrong. I could've sworn I only died three but after seeing the log I understand I broke the rule. Ornealeus should be banned too, or I should also be warned, just because I don't have "charlie" who didn't want me banned doesn't mean I should be punished more or less.

I did not know nlr applied when your base was being raided, so i came back around 2 or 3 times. <if i died 3 i came back 2 which is not equal to MASS NLR> I was not aware of this rule, and thought the same rule that applied during a pd raid was true. I was not talked to about this during the raid, <if i was i missed it and this point is invalid> and only banned after. I got no warns, just a ban unlike another player named ornealeus2009 who came back more than me or equal to me <without having any connection to the base at all beside a printer we were storing for him>. He was only warned once for NLR and set off on his merry way. The ban system glitched after my sit with a staff member, and since the ban was glitched i was jailed ( crashed before I was banned then reconnected), so i pmed chappie <nice guy> who confirmed the rule about nlr for me. I then disconnected (after trying to reason with vampire through chat, which he muted responsibly, and then a text sign which he froze me for) and was banned for "Mass nlr" Why should your ban be removed?: To start off, I'm sorry for breaking the rule I didn't know I will 100% get them printed and have them on my desk from now on to prevent this. However, I should be getting equal punishment as the people who were doing the same thing, whether they get banned or I get warned I don't care. I also talked about getting vampire demoted. I don't want that. I know he has a video recorded of what happened in the raid,(smart guy, I might start doing that) so i'm being 100% honest with you guys. I would also like to say that I'm sorry for what I said to both players, and that my "abuse" of the ban glitching was only used to get a second opinion on the ban, and to reason, because i was frustrated I wouldnt be able to play. I would greatly appreciate it if you could forgive me for breaking this rule. I also think you all should update the rule to talk about it being in 1 instance, like 1 raid. I guess ill just wait to see what he has to say, and if i dont get unbanned do i make a new appeal or just edit this one?

I think your missing the point im making, if another staff tells me im not getting banned, then why do i still get banned for this with out you guys talking to him?

But if im in a sit with someone else, who tells me it isnt my fault, and that Im not going to get banned for it, is it really sensible to have me banned without consulting the staff who had a sat with me?

So i was just in a sit with another dude, who told me i wouldn't be punished for this, and then i get banned 2 minutes later. Does that seem fair at all? The law wasnt descriptive and it isn't really clear that there are no kos laws. I could understand this slightly but you would think I would be informed of this instead of one staff going behind another's back, or at least that is how it seems. I really like the garnet community, but this is a little over the top.
