That was the second time I killed him. The first time I killed him he was in the base I was raiding. He is actually breaking NLR, but he didnt show that part. You can see in the kill logs that you provided that it was his second time dying to me less than 3 mins apart.

Looked back at my clips and I didn't catch that part either. But either way he still broke the rules he broke and I never got my money back or my printers that he promised.

I even stated that I didn't want him banned if he gave me my money back. Didn't even ask for compensation for the printer he destroyed. Just wanted my 100k back. He declined.

You told me that if I saw a problem with it to bring it to the forums so I did. I think a jail and warn would have been a little harsh considering I was in an RP state. You didnt say anything to me in game and just slain me with no warning. I had perks and weapons. You stated that a sit trumps active RP, and I get that to some degree but how am I suppose to know youre in a sit? Yeah you were floating in the middle of the room off duty but im not gonna notice that when im raiding the PD. I get the using the admin commands are fun and all but at some point you gotta realize that people are just here to play a game. We're not on the lookout for floating off duty admins.

Could also have just been in a sit zone, but i'm pretty sure the sit was for no keypads so won't fault him in that.
