Big +1 for sure.
All of our battalions should have troopers that join through tryouts rather than being automatically set into it. Would makes it easier for the commanders to keep track of who is in their battalion making it more likely for the NCO+ to know the new CTs exist and be able to watch them for when to promote them.
As I see now that a starwarsrp staff page exists, I do think the activity tracker would be a good addition for valid promotions like was said.
Gotta see how the suggestion for the CGI models turn out and hopefully that will assist in the performance.-

Honestly, no disrespect, but this seems like a joke. Not much thought or effort was put into this application. No attempt to proof-read (you ignored ALL of the red underlines that are prevalent throughout). These "paragraphs" are two sentences. Formatting is overall very poor and tough to read. Clearly did not read the staff rules.
Character Based:
You have made a bit of a name yourself. You're quite infamous here. Most notably, you were recently removed and blacklisted from the CG roster. Also, I believe you still have some other battalion blacklists.
I think you made this application too soon. Take some time to truly reflect and better your behavior. You must work to shift the perception you've allowed many people to have of you before taking on a role such as Moderator.

This guy Festive knows what it's like to be the little guy, and as GM, I believe he will offer more people a chance to serve a purpose. As the Lead of EOD and as CG, he knows what it's like to be overlooked. I'm sure he wouldn't want that for anyone. He would make a fun addition to the GM team! -

Back when The Cube Server was still an alive organization, I was a Moderator on their Sandbox server.
After that, I worked my way up to Lead Developer and a DarkRP Admin for this community, Vending Machine Gaming.
Later on, I was a Jailbreak staff member for Beryllium, and later became Co-Owner of the community.
After that, Co-Owner of a small start-up community named Infiniti.
As well as hosting and managing my own servers.

I'm opting out of the comparison portion of the question. I'm not here to make enemies or compete for ranks, roles, or power. I would love to offer my time and effort to aid this server, however, I may, in ensuring that the existing members and the new players, that are sure to come, enjoy their stay. I believe everyone single one of us that may be applying for this position has something to offer, as long as our intentions are good. I'm not looking at this as to whether I'm "better" than someone else, or "more worthy" for the position. Whatever happens, happens. Regardless, I will always want the best for this community and continue to do my part in uplifting, assisting, and contributing to the growth of the sever.As Coruscant Guard on the server, it is my duty and honor to uphold and enforce the ideals of the Republic Navy. We act merely as Trial moderators as we, inform, warn, or jail those who break rules. I prefer to take the approach of enforcing rules/laws through respect rather than fear. As I stated previously, I do not wish to make enemies. I understand that everyone wishes to have a good time, but I will always do what I must to inform anyone that there are still guidelines to follow and that we should not be "having fun" at the expense of another's or their wellbeing. I want everyone to be able to feel welcomed and like they can exist here without being disrespected or attacked

I've kinda had issues with this voice mod since the beginning. I went in with the idea that it would be restricted to 501st just to be a trial one, and I joined to hear it on everyone. Gets me a little paranoid on how well people can even understand because I hear how difficult it is to understand some others. Especially people that don't have the best sounding mics without the effect on. Also, from a sound production perspective, it hurts. Compressing everyone's mic to this limited frequency range of like low-mid to high-mid, so when two (or more) people take at the same time, it clashes. It also
Anyway, if this could be a clientside effect that a player could toggle on/off to decide if they wanted to hear it or not, that would be preferred. (Starting toggled off for new recruits)-

EASIEST +1 EVER!
Komrk is such an admirable Commanding Officer. His activity is genuinely insane considering how many tasks he can be juggling at a time and the simple fact that he works while he's working. He makes time. Most importantly, he GENUINELY cares. He cares about his troopers. He cares about his team. He cares about the roleplay. He cares about this server. He cares and it shows.
You couldn't go wrong with making Komrk a Game Master or whatever he might aim for. He seems to always have the people's best interest in mind

You've been a pretty good boy in my eyes. I remember when I trained you as the little CT 1691 Todd The Torsionist. You've made me proud and became my successor for Coruscant Guard's Commanding Officer, and that is a hard role to take on. You've done much better at the role than I had done and I believe it's possible you can do the same as a member of the staff team!
