I know people could get creative with this, but I have a bad feeling this is all that would come from this change:

The difference here is that with DarkRP, playermodel can be easily associated with class/class type, meaning you can easily identify a css terrorist model as a criminal, or a combine as civil protection.. Allowing the free change of playermodels via perk machine would allow for any class to change their model, and with a simple /job command, they would be totally indistinguishable from other roles, and therefore, would be able to trick other players into thinking that they are something they're not. (In addition to confusing their job abilities, such as raiding.) In my opinion, this would only cause confusion 90% of the time and have no legitimate benefit to the server. (These are the same reasons I don't often comply to requests to change models, I don't like to break up the consistency of the RP environment and I wouldn't dare risk giving someone an unfair advantage.) I'll leave this open for a bit to see additional responses.

VIPS approximately 2 minutes after allowing this build area: Jokes aside, this area is definitely not on the radar for additions to the extensions at this time, and as Danny stated we would definitely be stepping into megabase territory by making this a thing...I'll leave this thread active for a while, see what kind of feedback you get, but for now I'm not expecting this will be accepted.

ACCEPTED Thank you for your time and patience in making this report, with the provided video, it is clear that the reportee (Fat Good Boi) committed FailRP by running into spawn, and displayed a clear lack of respect and minor toxicity in his actions towards you immediately thereafter. This sort of behavior is not unusual for this player, and will be added among his existing player notes within our in-game report menu, which will forewarn staff of his toxic behavior patterns every time he joins the server. As for this specific incident, however, I will be issuing an in-game warning, which will join his existing 4 outstanding points, and eventually lead up to additional punishments through our automated system. In its current capacity, yes, but do consider that we still have Blackjack and roulette pending addition in the future. We chose a location with expandability for future additions so we would not need to reset the jackpots on the slots when we are ready to add the additional games..

The reason the casino is across from spawn is that, upon surveying casino usage, we discovered that only long-term players knew where it was to seek out and utilize it. The location we have now is ideal for new players to immediately become familiar with its location, and to act as a central place to pass time while you are between engagements, without having to go too far out of your way. (For example, this allows for classes like a hitman to casually gamble between hits.) Another unfortunate detail to moving the casino again is that, when moving locations, your jackpots are reset along with the machines' locations. (This should definitely be considered if you want a move.) I'm definitely open to change if you have enough support, but I have heard no complaints by people wishing to use that base when there is a nearly identical one right across the road to it.
