Neutral There are some things you can fix in your app, like if you've read the staff rules and maybe some grammatical errors. I remember we were talking about required hours to apply for staff, but I don't remember agreeing to giving you my referral. You're a cool guy though, I've known you for a little while in game, and I do believe you want to make sure the community is in good hands as a staff member. +1 I was pretty new to the server and when I met you, I wouldn't have thought you had 5 bans on record, or think that you were a troll previously, I was actually surprised when I read that because overall you're a good kid. I've never had a problem with you or seen that you had problems with any players in the community so I believe that you have learned from your past mistakes and are taking the steps to being more responsible, and friendly with the community, given the info you provided in your app. Overall, I think you have a good app, worded well, and shows true intent to be a good staff member for the Garnet Gaming community. I'd have to agree on these two points, for Moe's point, not being racist nor homophobic should be standard for any staff or player, I also think your 2nd paragraph was repetitive after the first sentence, as you started each sentence with "Another reason you should pick me". For Chris's point, I totally agree on this, as long as you're trolling friends or people that know how to take a joke, it wouldn't look good as a Mod going around just trolling anyone. But for my opinion, I'd have to stay Neutral. I just barely met you the other day, you seemed chill, but would have to get to know you better for a plus 1. [minimum 2 paragraphs] I think you should choose me over other applicants because I believe I can be one of the competent moderators that you have in the Garnet community. None of the DarkRP rules have changed since I was younger so it wasn't hard to jump right back in and meet new friends and staff. I'm naturally chill headed and can be serious when needed, this is a game after all. I'm not afraid to admit i'm wrong about anything and willing to learn, always, and will be honest about any punishments I've issued or, if i do, any trouble I cause or get into. I can admit that I thought I've gotten over GMod with only 600+ hours on record but since joining this server a few weeks ago, my time has went up by 300+ hours. I used to play on a server I can't remember the name of that eventually died when I tried GMod again, but when I seen Garnet had a DarkRP server, I had to try it, and have been enjoying my time since. While we know there are people that like to troll and ruin other peoples experiences, I feel I can put in my part to make sure the Garnet community has as good of an experience as the first time I joined.
