Have any proof? : https://streamable.com/fvbf1aWhat happened? : For a bit of context this guy and his crew were beefing with my friends, and he had actually RDMed me a minute before the first seconds of the video. When I came back you can see in chat that I told him things such as "awww are you salty" "salt asf" and "no balls wont do it" which are phrases that I consider to be trash talk, or things you would hear from an instigator. He then proceeds to read what I said out loud and follow it up with "You just told me to kill you" and then kills me. Now, last time I checked trash talking or instigating does not fall in the same category as consciously asking someone to kill you for example maybe wanting to go instantly to spawn. Anytime I've seen anyone on the server genuinely want to be killed they ask in a manner that is clear and concise such as "Yes I am telling you to kill me please, No I am not going to report you."

again, nowhere on the rules does it mention that trash talking or instigating gives the greenlight to RDM. it is not a RP reason.
As for the 2nd and 3rd clip. Well you can make your own judgement.
Note : In the 3rd and final clip, that house wasn't owned by anyone and was completely empty. NO kos sign. NO building sign. Nothing. and he had the audacity to advert OVER. SMH
