    What happened? (include any proof): I was playing as R2-D2 and got dragged to the ENG bay for talking. I got cuffed to the wall and was told I was going to be probed and taken apart. This was obviously very confusing and wild at the time. I said in OOC that I needed help and was being raped, which seemed like an accurate cry for help. My chat & voice got muted because I was trying to explain in chat what was going on. Then I heard a higher up say it was an RP reason, because I was a "talking droid". I had zero chance to acknowledge this because I got slapped with a 50-year ban. I wasn't brought to a sit and made aware of what was going on or anything. I wasn't previously jailed, brought to a sit, or anything throughout my whole session, so this was kind of out of the blue.

    Why should your ban be removed?: I wasn't made aware of what was going on, and it seemed like I was being harassed instead of an RP situation. I was made aware of how a droid couldn't talk, but I was attempting to explain something to someone when I was dragged. I wasn't brought to a sit and helped on what was going on either. I can understand a ban for what I said in OOC, but 50 years seems a bit extreme.

    I think it isn't used as much because most players aren't aware of the system. I think more players would be prone to use it if they are made aware, and CPs would make players more aware of the mechanic.

    I was jailed 3 times throughout my first two days of playing the server. My first jail was justified as I was shooting another brother, and I understand I shouldn't of done that, since it was the golden rule. My second jail was justified as well, but I didn't realize what I was doing was wrong. My friend and I had been arguing over who had the best shot, and was killing the most droids. So we decided to have a 1v1, away from everyone so we wouldn't accidently kill anyone. We were then jailed and told that there was a certain place for people to 1v1, which we didn't know at all since it was our first day. I believe my third jail was unjustified. I was in a clone trooper bunk by myself (my designated bunk) and I was shooting my three different weapons at the wall, to see which was which. This was my second time playing, so I wasn't 100% sure which gun was which. There was no one around, and I was firing into a wall, so I wouldn't accidently damage anyone.


    Why should your ban be removed?:

     

    I understand being jailed the first two times, but I don't believe my third ban was justified, which led to my NITRP ban. It was my second time playing so I wasn't aware of the rules, such as doing a consented 1v1, or testing out weapons away from others. I truly enjoyed the server and I hope I can be unbanned because I feel like it was just a misunderstanding on my part, and I dont think I should of been jailed for the testing out my weapons.

    At the timestamp of 1:00, you can see a yellow name that says Tdizz type in the words, “assist”. I’m not sure if that means you adverted assist, but someone with the name Tdizz typed assist. I’m stumped if that is you or not, hopefully you can help me out with that.

    Is this really mentally tearing you apart? I had accepted the fact I had lost the milkor after the first sit, and I had mentioned the situation to Lala Lady. I was off the game for the night whenever I was asked to get back on for the "30 minute long sit". I didn't know I would get anything back or anything, I was just there because I was apart of it. Cyber Sword and Lala Lady were in the sit with us two and they decided that I needed to provide evidence (which I knew) Then you proceed to get someone to inside us and use an exploit to raid. This situation isn't that big of a deal and is truly a misunderstanding. I don't understand why you feel the need to act like you were mentally torn to shreds by having to sit in a sit about it.

    Last night I was based with fellow StS members behind the waterfall. I was with StS Recon, StS Admaxis, and 3D Korn to name a couple. Admaxis and I were on the surface doing a boxing roleplay where he was fighting and I was his coach, right in the street (I have two clips that back this happening and the time) We got raided once by someone and defended it, then later we were raided again by HG Wub. I go down there and get killed, and I committed NLR once just to claim money in my printers, which I shouldn't have done. But when I went down there again, I didn't do any damage to the raiders and had zero effect in them dying. HG Wub came back after the raid saying he was gonna get me banned (i thought one case of NLR isn't a ban, but a jail or warn) so I decided to stay on for around 10 MORE MINUTES so it wouldn't be considered LTAP, but it was late and I had to get up early so I wasn't gonna wait around all night. Then I wake up this morning while getting banned for NITRP (I learned it meant No Intention to RP) and LTAP. I don't understand the NITRP at all. I was on the server in the waterfall base all day from around 1 PM EST to when I got off at 11-12 PM EST. You can ask Lala Lady, who gave me her printers earlier in the day and AFKed in our base. Also you can ask 3D Korn, who based with me for the majority of the time. I farmed printers this whole day as well. You can also ask ajbedhead and raD torq, who I saw countless times throughout the day and can vouch for me basing, and roleplaying. I asked them for a tour of their base as well, and they gave me it with no issues. Also I was doing boxing roleplay with Admaxis roughly 5-10 MINUTES BEFORE THE RAID STARTED, which contradicts this whole NITRP situation that was brought up. And plus anyone who knows me and has played with me, knows that I participate in the server and don't break that rule. Now for the LTAP, I don't know what the specific time is. I stayed on an extra 10 minutes to make sure that wasn't an issue. But I can't stay on all night waiting. I hope this ban can get appealed because it's truly wrong, and I wasn't even able to be on to tell my side of the story. I think it's wrong when all I committed was one case of NLR and this happens. I don't think it's fair and just at all. Thank you, and below is the clips of me walking Admaxis to the ring and him knocking out GN Criteria, which proves me roleplaying at that day and time. I

    My clip was too late and missed the initial damage and dmglog capture, so I have no hard evidence of damagelogs. You're right, damaging people would be ARDM. Thank you for admitting to the part my clip missed, though. For reference, even if it was an AMRDM ban it would also be 2 weeks.

    The reason I did not pull you to a sit is because a). you were doing a common massing tactic and b). you're a high enough level that you knew what you were doing. I assumed that you'd just continue tossing grenades at people like most people do, so I do apologize. If you're going to kill someone in a crowd, throwing nerve gas and saying "oops, I only meant to get that one guy" would be equally unacceptable.

    @dmoney824 this is a certified "my bad" moment, please update punishment to whatever is applicable 
     

    I see what I did was wrong, I shouldn't of tossed grenades in an open field of people because I wasnt trying to MRDM, i'm sorry.
