Yes, you did jail me for RDM. But there was no RDM committed. I killed Errol within the raid. It was quick sit because there was no time for my input, and there was obviously not enough time for you to make to correct decision because the fact that it was a raid, was completely overlooked.

What happened? (include any proof):Errol and I were messing around and shooting each other while he was a clown and then I committed suicide (funny ragdoll). Then I went to a base where Errol was placing bananas and did my raid bind when he was in the base and killed him. Mind you, this raid and kill happened very quickly. Later, CK Wraith claimed that my raid behind came AFTER my first shot but BEFORE I killed Errol in the raid. Around 5 mins later I was brought into a sit where CK Wraith jailed me for 6 mins for RDM. The sit lasted around 20 seconds, and I didn't have a chance to explain myself. I caught Errol while I was jailed and tried to tell him what actually happened. After explaining, he eventually said he got it wrong since everything happened so quickly. CK Wraith jailed me without my side of the story because Errol (a high-ranking member of the staff team) reported me. It isn't fair how people can be jailed immediately depending on who the reporter is. This is obvious bias and a bit of admin abuse. Below are the logs from my point of view and the only proof I can gather

This is a pretty good idea. I think it would be cool to see the types of bases people cool build. You could see Sailors & Anglers basing together on the water, which could allow for some pretty fun RP situations

What happened? (include any proof): I was playing as R2-D2 and got dragged to the ENG bay for talking. I got cuffed to the wall and was told I was going to be probed and taken apart. This was obviously very confusing and wild at the time. I said in OOC that I needed help and was being raped, which seemed like an accurate cry for help. My chat & voice got muted because I was trying to explain in chat what was going on. Then I heard a higher up say it was an RP reason, because I was a "talking droid". I had zero chance to acknowledge this because I got slapped with a 50-year ban. I wasn't brought to a sit and made aware of what was going on or anything. I wasn't previously jailed, brought to a sit, or anything throughout my whole session, so this was kind of out of the blue.
Why should your ban be removed?: I wasn't made aware of what was going on, and it seemed like I was being harassed instead of an RP situation. I was made aware of how a droid couldn't talk, but I was attempting to explain something to someone when I was dragged. I wasn't brought to a sit and helped on what was going on either. I can understand a ban for what I said in OOC, but 50 years seems a bit extreme.-

I've never seen you on the server (due to timezone probably) but this is an overall good app, and we're in dire need of good staff in my opinion. I'm just glad you read the staff rules
