Big fat hog of a +1 Sailor class would make use of a massive portion of the server that is as of yet totally un used. I think it would also be cool if classes like sailor/hobo/the gangs could engage in wars for territory. Like say two sailor groups have built closeby, it'd be neat to see a raid from boat to boat. Though, I don't know about prints. as WohMi said, I could easily see super high level users making something close to a failbase. Similar to how hobos cannot print.

+1 I see no reason not to add it and all the reason to add it. It would be nice if there were a dedicated system for voice chat within parties.

Description: To allow hobos to build 6x6x6 plots together, without having to create an obvious separation of space as it is now. These would mean two 6x6x6 plots could be conglomerated into a single plot as a large structure.Reasoning: I understand (no I don't) why individual hobos shouldn't be allowed to build bigger than 6x6x6, one guy could take up the entire city block, but I see no reason why two different guys cannot connect 6x6x6 plots into larger bases. The rule is already barely enforced by 90% of the staff team, players almost never report it, and when it is done right it provides an awesome time for the community to feel they've made something. The last time I personally megabased with other hobos multiple players told me it was some of the most fun they'd had on Garnet in a while. Again, there's no reason to restrict fun for the sake of restricting fun. I get not letting the tunnels be one megastructure but If I want to build a hobo block with my boys at the beach then why shouldn't I? Additional Information: A rule being old does not make it a good rule.

-1 Hobos have the shoe, and poop seems even more immature than the server already is. But knowing this community, and who moderates it, we will get this before hobos are allowed to use guns, build bigger than 6x6x6, or anything else actually useful. I say this whilst using hobo exclusively, there are major restrictions and issues with the hobo class, and me being allowed to throw shit does not fix them.

Again, wheres any actual proof that it was RDM. I admit to single instance but I can't be held responsible for every killlog in a single sit over one situation. That's a little ridiculous to me. Right at the same time there were a bunch of minges getting banned, a number by you, so I can see grouping me in but that's what I'm appealing. Check anyone's killlog, especially prestige users, will have dozens of kills, but that is never a problem.

Why not though? The rest of the server already does, what's a few more? Besides, most hobos ignore the rule anyway, this is making it official. Especially at least for defence. Didn't realize they had a set format. Apologies Rp reasons: My hobo hands are able to pick up guns larger than pistols. They're not delicate, there's no real reason hobos can't use them. Aside from that, because there's no reason to restrict it. Who cares? Why would you care? Why does someone getting to use their favorite class to the fullest irk you so much? I suppose I also have to mention, once again, that hobos are often killed, and multiple times mayor's have banned hobos and police arrest them. Rather than act like a baby, and call daddy admin, it'd be neat to fight the police, and actually have some rp, what little there is on the server, because it's not serious rp. Who wants to have to call the mods for everything? When many times there's only two active tmods or something and all the admins are afk. My main argument is that the rule exists for 0 reason.

Hobo is my main thing. It's literally all I play, and the idea that no one complains about its drawbacks is laughable. Most hobo mains my self included outright ignore the rules because they're asinine. I'm not going to build a huge response to everyone's input but at the end of the day it makes no sense. This is not a serious rp server where a hobo with an ar is gonna fuck your rp up. Half the staff just sit outside spawn and kill each other in between killing bystanders in crossfire. Is that impacting your rp? Or is the hobo in the sewers printing with an ak? It's not a serious rp server, we don't need stringent rp rules. They aren't supposed to be. I've literally been arrested dozens of times for being a hobo. I always have fun with it and do a mini war with the pd. It's all fun and games until someone shows up and jails you for 5 minutes. There's no real reason to restrict one of the most popular classes to bare bones weapons and game play. 90% of permas are against the rules for them to use. Making these rules for rp reasons makes no sense when it's not a serious rp server that could be inhibited by such things. No one cares. It's time to just make it official.

I've never understood why hobos were not allowed to use anything larger than a pistol, as if their burn victim hands can't handle it or something. The class is already nerfed as it is and 90% of guns are out of the question rule wise. Why have the class available if you don't want people to play it?

I'm not emotional, games are games and you don't need to get heated over pixels. I'm reasonable, both parties word would be equal, not just the guy who made the report. If given permissions I'd like to make more fun for the players on the server, semi-event type stuff to spice up the playing experience. I'm not new to GMOD, I've had the game for ten years and as of writing this I have 6,331 hours. I'm more than versed on the way things work top to bottom. I'm not stressed out easily, so being on of if not the only staff having to handle all reports wouldn't take a toll on my ability to conduct my responsibilities. I'm well spoken, and wouldn't give the server's staff a bad name through behavior or attitude. I know many people on the server and have relationships with a number of them, a familiar face is always nice when you need help or need to report something. I help new users, whether that be to GMOD or DarkRP, all the time in grasping the ropes of how things work, and lots of times give them care packages to start with. Gestures like that can help to make sure people come back to your server. Lastly I've been staff innumerous times over the past ten years, I get how things work and I know how to do the job well, and without pissing people off.
