+1 Looks to know what he is doing with the events. In addition, he is a well operating and friendly person in the community. I have spoken and worked with this guy many times and he represents well and consistently works to help out GB and thus the server. Ideal person to be a staff member (GM is a staff member to me).

+Support I will support this as I do believe it to be a great idea that will encourage more RolePlay outside of events and get people to be more involved. My concern will be keeping it a living faction and hoping it will not get forgotten or never played. I know of many people that will start playing it, hopefully these re-added factions can also breathe life into new things that can be done outside of war, promoting more mini-events so to say. Some questions, I really like the idea, just some questions so we can get a better grip. Will this supersede the life rules and being exempt from other lives restriction since it’s non-war? In addition, will this be a heavily limited group meant to only be a specific group of people and inviting others or will they be like an easy faction to get into?

In addition to those experiences, I have been a staff member for a SWRP server that had high expectations. How do you plan on benefiting our server? [minimum 2 paragraphs] As it stands within the community, I am wishing to become a member to help better the community and make everyone's experience more enjoyable. Although I have never done much on the forms, I consider myself to be a great person in-game, trying to be a role model and to help others out when I can. I am active on the server and plan on using my time to help the community members that need help, whether that is as major as RDM or tedious like teleporting for sims. I see myself giving around that amount of time on weekdays and much more on weekends.
