      You really constructed this application well! I believe you could do great as a moderator so long as you can hold up to your word! I’ve heard your a good active player, as well as a upcoming leader who is on a good track.

     I do respect you Squiddy as a player for GB, but your impact as a whole on the community has not been shown, you need to make more relationships within both sides, maybe get your name out there for something good, then reapply. The application could use some work as it seems to follow the same trend of answering the basic needs of the server that are already being met. We need people who bring stuff to the table that impact well upon the community. I would like to see you re-apply in the future but I personally do not think your ready.

    Overall activity, and a bunch of "+1 good player's" does not make the cut for joining the Staff Team.
    Although the community feedback was great, we feel that you need to try to make an impact in the server other than being online. 
    Getting your name recognized as a reliable leader and good role model could change this outcome drastically.

    Echos is immaculate in terms of usability remapping isn’t the worst for this system either. I would absolutely love to see the tunnels come back

  7. +1 although the comm ban looks like a big red flag, it was properly appealed, and you have made big improvements since. You thought this app out well, you were truthful, and you seem to be quite active in game with other Taliban members. I’d say your a good candidate!

  8. +1, don’t get me wrong I know he makes good money off of the dono factions. But it is a redundant towards both factions. When someone buys MARSOC they no longer want to do activities or be involved with anyone except for fellow MARSOC players. If we’re going to buddy buddy up in a faction, let’s leave it to the T1 factions that actually require some aspect of skill to get into, not a tryout someone came up with using what are likely 8 month old documents from someone else’s RP fac

  9. As a proposal, the amount of money someone receives for a kill in war will be based on weapon type. For example, if someone gets a pistol kill, they will get $250. If they kill with a shotgun, $200 is rewarded. If they kill with an SMG, $150. If they kill with AR/LMG, $100.” so this is actually in the quality of life update if you read a little into the middle of it.

    I do agree with the L115 being better than the AFG Sniper, it can be very finicky on whether or not your shot hits. The Marksman for AFG is oddly enough a bit better to my experience and can kill much easier. If we are to make the tryout empathize more techniques in tryouts, @Joe1I'm gonna up the difficulty further so players are taught to look at surroundings and expect a head glitching sniper or 3 of them.

    Push @Joe1 and @BrianTheilliterate to make Sniper requirements nothing, every single player can access Sniper through tryouts. Make tryouts slightly more difficult but make sure to focus on tryouts that practice head glitching and cover)

     

    I just made sniper slightly harder but I’m all for taking the SSG and DS Requirements off of it.

    Yeah add the Commander Whitelists as well so we all have access when it drops if this makes it thru. This is something I’ve wanted a while as well. After reviewing the addon itself though the problem of the flags images not being on everyone’s downloads can cause error texts, so we should make it a flag file that already exists in the server like the images for the maps.

    This here is why I will +1 this, Shax has alot to offer the staff team (especially as moderator as there is more in game to do) He understands the teams goals and ambitions, and could help further them again. To those who oppose this, I want at least 2 good reasons for as to why someone cannot come back after they leave staff, even if it was recent. If you cannot provide a reason, but you still disagree, you likely just do not like Shax making your opinion on this matter "BIASED", which bias is something we do NOT do. Before you -1 just "because he just left" Tell me why exactly it is an issue, especially if you do not understand why he left in the first place. Maybe responses like this are why we lose members of staff, as you don't want to reason or debate, you want to -1 with nothing to say about why its a -1 simply to turn him down. Horrible way of handling a matter such as a forums post. Best of luck to you though Shax, you always have been on good terms with me and my faction for that matter, you meet all of the requirements and uphold every standard needed to be in staff and I would love to see you back on the team.
